I’m sorry to say, but I’ve had the Worst business experience of my life with your
staff, from the initial point of being told “Go to Verizon, you’ll get better service all around” to a Bold faced Lie with your rep Red “I’m going to get another rep on the line so they can relate the notes to me you’ll be on with both of us so don’t worry” somewhat of a quote, Then, the other person came on and she left the call to her… From beginning to now, I’ve spent at Least 12 Hours of my time trying to get the service to work. First I was manipulated into cancelling my Straight Talk to go with Verizon, being told how service would be better in every way, that Straight Talk didn’t renew their 4G and was refusing the 5G, and they were on their way out. I went to the store half an hour away and got the Sim card, then came home and called the man I spoke with back to set everything up. I had to have Straight Talk unlock the phone that’s a Motorola G Stylus which I was told would work great… After putting the Sim card in the phone would only work on Wifi and not that well. I spent a couple hours back and forth with tech trying to Reboot and so forth that only made it Worse after being told to reset my Wifi settings, Then another rep the next night told me to reset my device settings which also did nothing to improve the service. I was told I needed to be on another phone so that I could talk with them to fix the problem… So, I asked a friend to come by to do just that, little did I know it was going to be a Two and a Half Hour process, to once again improve nothing.
I finally got sick and tired of trying and decided to just buy a phone, so I went on line looking up “Verizon Phones” and called to make sure the one I was looking at would work, I was told the one I wanted would work great! I got the phone and was on my phone getting it set up with the rep, and it wouldn’t work. I was told to put the Sim card that I got into the New phone and it would work then… Nope, the woman tried several different things, once again taking Hours of my time away from work and the problem was worse than when we started. Now mind you, I’m a Jeweler and I make $100 an hour, I have at Least $1000 in Lost time trying to have your service work at All, nevermind as good as what I had with Straight Talk. I had another rep from tech trying to resolve the problem the Next night, and thought he was Finally going to get things right, he seemed more knowledgeable about what he was doing instead of the rest of them just Trying this and that. He was going to call me back with the Wifi off, and I never got the call. I put the phone back on Wifi and gave up for the night. Then the next day, after being transferred around more than I could take at this point,
I asked to speak to the supervisor. I then was transferred to a gentleman “Mitch” who was very helpful in understanding all I had experienced with your company, and agreed I was due some form of compensation for my time and trouble. I had suggested Half off on the phone I had seen, stating being a businessman myself, I understand by doing that you would have me as a customer for at least Three Years making the money back on that through continued service. He agreed and was going to transfer me to “Inside Processing” to close the deal, but due to the reception… or lack there of,
the call was lost. I called back but got caught in a loop that wouldn’t bring me to a person, so I called the store to see if it was notated in my notes, and the man on the other end confirmed they Were there, I told him I’d be seeing him the next day. The two gentlemen, DJ Susi, and the other man there are the Only Knowledgeable people in your whole staff that I had been bounced around through. I was dealing with DJ at this point, he called corp. to finish what I had gone through with Mitch, who was also one of your Better employees. He was given a runaround from Postpaid to Prepaid and back, and then after 45 minutes, I got on the phone. I was trying to Buy a phone and get the discounted rate in Some form as I was told. I was transferred back and forth, the same way he was, explaining the Whole situation to everyone of them, wasting yet More of my time… I was at that store for Three Hours on the phone with that rep that told me “all she could do was give me half off my bill “.
Is This Truly the way you run your service?!

I am trying to get new service for 4G LTE Home Internet. I live in an apartment building. The building is listed as a ‘business address’ so I keep the message I am ineligible for ‘residential service’. I have made numerous calls to Verizon and spoken with sales and CARE and nobody but one agent in CARE, Bridget, seemed to have a clue and unfortunately while on hold with Bridget the call dropped.

If you don’t have an account you can’t use the web contact – Do you folks not want new customers? I am not a current Verizon customer

    Best, Shelly
