Hi I bought a pair of Nike shoes on 3/2 /2022, paid $190, now they have split, took them back to footlocker in Albany, the customer experience was absolutely disgusting unhelpful made to feel like I was something nasty on the bottom of someone’s shoe,I told they had been worn much, what are you supposed to do keep them in the box ,when I said I would take it further they laughed at me ,I would say the shoes had flaw in the shoe,if these shoes only last 3 months, they must be poor quality, I spoke to customer service and they said they would send an email to me to reply, well I hope they are better than the shop staff,I don’t think I have ever had such disgusting customer service in my life,
