Good evening. I work for this location as a server and wish to remain anonymous. We are being forced to get 5 star reviews…with insane compensation that is allowing fake reviews encouraged my management. We are told we will get 150.00 dining dollars…or be first cut from our shift (regardless if scheduled to close or have been working a double). It is causing fights and fake reviews, including servers offering free dessert for 5 star reviews.
Again, I wish to remain anonymous. I need to work but this is toxic.
