This is not a complaint. I want to praise one of your waitresses Sheri Lyman at the Cheddars in Lincoln, Nebraska.
I go into Cheddars’s 4 to 5 times a week. I love having Sheri as my waitress she is so kind and does an amazing job being the kind of waitress you would want in all your Cheddars.
I have witnessed how rude and mean customers have been to Sheri. She continues with a smile and a kind voice, never have I seen her get upset with a customer. Many don’t even leave tips which I feel is terrible.
These waitresses need a raise they can’t make it on tips. I hope you can find it in your heart to give Sheri a raise.
She has had to have surgery but yet comes to work even when she is in horrible pain. But she needs the money so she does what she has too.
Thank you for listening to me.
A very loyal customer
