Placed order brining of June. Didn’t receive till about the third week of June. A week after receiving I went on a trip to DR. I just returned from the trip and tried to return something at the store. They told me my receipt expired. All I wanted to do was exchange. Wasn’t trying to get money back. I called customer service and they said consider it a lost. There’s nothing they can do. If DR had that store I would have returned it there but unfortunately they don’t so I had to wait till I got back. I never had an issue before. But since it’s a lost for me, my money will be a lost for them. Never shopping here again!!
I placed an order and there was wrong size on some of the items were out of stock so I had to cancel my order. I connected with chat and I was connected to Sheetal who unfortunately is the worst and most terrible person EVER. She wouldn’t help me and then when I asked to speak to the lead, she wouldn’t connect me. She wasted my time and Sheetal made me very very angry and upset. She wouldn’t connect me to the lead and continued to say things to make customer very upset and angry. Sheetal is a horrible and terrible rep and not only that she is a horrible and terrible person. Sheetal Needs to get fired because she made customer upset and angry. Sheetal made forever 21 look really bad. If I could give a zero I would. sheetal was terrible and horrible.

I ordered my daughter’s clothes 2.5 weeks ago and they are still not here!!! The shipping info from FedEx says that the package arrived yesterday, June 14 to a place 45 minutes from my home. When I called Forever 21 they told me it would be delivered tomorrow June 16 or June 17. REALLY???? I will take my business elsewhere. This is absurd!!!
Forever 21 employees are too lazy. Store hours are posted M-F until 8pm. A store manager closes at 10 to 15 minutes early.
I was supposed to receive my package over a week ago and customer service was a total fail. They have pushed off delivery time frames in which my order can arrive before having to issue a refund three times now. In my most recent call, a girl named Jasmine at first told me that she couldn’t do anything and there was no supervisor around to help either. I asked which location would not have some sort of management around because I would bring it to corporate’s attention and she then placed me on a long hold. Another girl answered after about 15 minutes, probably pretending to be a supervisor, and said she couldn’t help me because “the system wouldn’t allow it” and she then prompted me to wait another 3 days before they could do anything. She claims she could not issue a return label (I no longer want any of it after this experience) nor could she issue a refund or partial refund for the huge inconvenience this has caused. I am a writer for a shopping blog and would love for you all to share your similar experiences on there. I also owned an e-commerce store and it appears they are printing the labels as orders are received but not actually shipping the orders out until days or weeks later. That would explain why for weeks it just says awaiting transit information. Very disappointed and will never be ordering from here again. Their customer service and store quality in general has deteriorated over the years.
