Krystals hasn’t paid me from four weeks ago the app says they withheld my whole paycheck
My mother and I went to the Krystal’s in Newport, TN 37831. We waited in line for 45 minutes just to order. My mother ordered four cheese Krystal’s plain, two original Krystal’s, and an order of fries. As we were pulling out of line, after we received our ordered, I checked the order. There was only 2 Krystal’s with cheese only, 2 original, and fries. I had to take the order back to the drive thru window and explained they had missed part of the order. The lady at the drive thru took the food back and gave me another bag. I walk back to the car and checked the order again. She had given me exactly what I had taken back in another bag. I had to go back to the drive thru window caused the lobby is closed. I explained to her again how the order had been taken wrong and how aggravated to have to come to the drive thru window again. They checked the receipt. Then I had to for the two cheese Krystal’s plain. I didn’t mind paying for the 2 Krystal’s but I should not have had to after all the trouble and I went through. We called the manager on the way home cause the food still wasn’t right. Instead of her apologizing she argued with me and my mother. She was too worried about two Krystal’s paid for. On top of all those Krystal’s made my mother and stepdad since. I would appreciate an apology from your company and for something to be done to that store manager named Sierra. Went to Krystal’s @ 1804 Missouri Rd, West Memphis AR at 9:02 am we ordered the special 0 Krystal burgers for $6. When pulling up to the window I decided I want a order of fries. So my daughter asked if she could add an order of fries. The cashier says “ you sure cannot”. It took until 9:10 to get these 10 burgers. I love Krystal’s so when we travel and I can find a Krystal’s I stop. This was the worse serves every for me. I’m a retail store manager and I believe in good serves as well as up selling items. If you all are not making your goal for sales maybe you all should look into retraining customer serves.
