Today, 2/5/2023, I was in store #60078 in Tampa,Fl. I went in to buy milk and saw that 1/2 gallons were on sale for
$1.00 because they were about to expire the next day. The 1/2 gallons were on a top shelf that I could not reach
easily, as I am a 76 yr. old senior. An African American woman was also getting the milk on sale;so she climbed the
door and told me that there were a cartons that would not expire until later in the week on 2/10/2023. She took 2 and gave me 2 of the cartons. When I got to the check-out the manager, Ezekiel Farber(?) was checking me out and when he charged me $2.99 for each milk, I objected because it was posted for $1.00. He said, no only those marked 2/06/2023 were $1.00. I said OK, I will go back and get those marked 2/6/23. When I got back to the register, I went to the other line as it was less busy, and complained to the young lady that the manger also overcharged me for some sour cream,which was shelf labeled for $1.99, AND he charged me for 3 -1/2 gallons
of milk too not just 2. I commented that the manager should know the prices. About the same time the African American woman who helped me get the milk from the top shelf,came in and complained that she was overcharged for her milk. The manager refunded her the $1.99 per 1/2 gallon. I said to her;’Did you have to go back and get the cartons that are dated 2/6/23?” She said no. Of course I said to the manager,just what is up? You overcharge me for milk, sour cream and ring up more milk than I bought. I said, you are the manager, you should know what’s up. He told me that the clerk at my register is new and in training? I said what does that have to do with anything,as that is not

I was in the Save a Lote store in Ashland, Ohio. I was pushing a cart with my indems I wss going to buy. Walking real slow. I herd the Store Manager talking to two employees about a custmer. I went about my shopping and then the store manager was walking real fast down the same place I was. She almost ran mr over she never said any thing to me. She was mad. The thing about the hole thing is she never said a word to me. I told one of the employees I wanted to talk to her boss she told me that she is the boss. So I told myself I will never go to that store again.
