My name is Clarissa McQueen I purchased a vehicle from the KOONS of Woodbridge From Sales Manager Lyden in August the vehicle transmission went out a month later I took the vehicle back to them Lyden agreed to fix the vehicle and after a month of having the vehicle I was told to pick the vehicle up it was ready and because I was sold no warranty I had to pay $500 to get my vehicle back Now 2 weeks later my transmission on my vehicle went out again I have no paperwork that my vehicle was fixed and no receipt of my payment
Koons of Tysons Corner brokered a sale for a used car with my son. The salesman entered into a trade in of a vehicle not owned by my son (owned by the parents) without a title to the vehicle. We called them to arrange pick up of our vehicle because we had other plans of selling. We were told our vehicle, of which we are still titled owners and still hold insurance on, had been sold. During the conversation with the manager he repeatedly tried to twist the scenario to one of being our mistake. Is it our mistake that you unlawfully took possession of a vehicle you had no signed title work for and then proceeded to sell ?? What dealership does this? I would never refer anyone to make purchases at this location. Unethical dealings have no business in this industry
They sold me a vehicle with no title and 6 months later still no title, now going to small claims court
