We signed up for your birthday special on our first visit to The Keg which was when they opened here in Lakewood, Colorado. We also go to The Keg whenever we have out of state company and other special occasions. It is a great restaurant. We have used those birthday specials every year until Covid. We have been very careful during this Covid time and did not go to The Keg last year. My husband’s birthday is February 6th and we expected our coupon but just found out since we didn’t use the coupon last year we have been removed from the birthday list. Covid has been a very trying time for all of us and we both feel like businesses and people in general have tried to get through this with more understanding than anything else. It is hard to believe The Keg isn’t more understanding in this birthday “gift” they so graciously give to those of us that sign up. Is there any way you would waive your standard policy for the Covid time period? We are very satisfied that we have been so careful during this time and would do the same all over again if need be. Just for the record we are still very careful. Anyway, we would greatly appreciate your consideration of reinstating us for your birthday club. The Keg we go to is in Lakewood, CO. My husband’s birthday is February 6th and my birthday is July 26. Thank you,

Good Day;
My wife and I went out to the KEG here in Winnipeg at your Mcgillivray location for our 48th Wedding Anniversary. We have been long time customers and have always had nothing but the best food and service. However, this trip I had a baseball steak that was tough and not enjoyable, in fact just about the whole steak was left on the plate and returned. I mentioned this to our server (Don) when he came up to pick up our plates at the end of our meal and he apologized for the steak being tough. A few minutes later he came back and said the Manager (Laurent) would like to talk to me. When Laurent came to talk to me he also apologized for the tough steak and gave me a couple of KEG Gift certificates to enjoy next time we come back as well we did not get charged for our two before meal drinks. Let me say both gentlemen made for another special evening at THE KEG and we will always be Keg customers. I can’t thank these two enough for the phenomenal way they handled the situation. Laurent and Don thank-you so much!!!!
