I bought tires from you in a store in Indiana and when I did they put one smaller tire on by mistake. They replaced all 4 tires but they didn’t recheck the aliment. I went and had my oil changed a rotation and have them check the aliment. It took them less than a hour to do all this. I know for sure that they didn’t rotate the tires for they were marked. I appreciate the the fact that they replaced the tires but im not happy that they didn’t rotate the tires like they said.

I had a wonderful experience at the West St Paul Dicount Tires up until it was time to claim my rebate. I could not submit it on the website given on the rebate from and when I searched for it on my phone it told me the website did not exist. SO from my personal computer I reached out via chat. I was emailed a different website link and when I attempted to claim my rebate there, it told me my code was not valid. The code from the form I was given at Discount Tire. I called the West St Paul Discount Tire and spoke with Daryl who first wanted me to drive back to the store with the card I used to refund me the $70.00. I said, no. Making me drive back to the store after I have already spent an hour of my time trying to resolve this on your website? This is ridiculous and I’m certain an attempt to discourage people from claming their rebates.
I just received the most professional and kind service from. Discount tire in traverse city this morning. What a way to start my day. The men who serviced my car were more than friendly, helpful and competent. I felt safe in their environment with all the service people wearing masks and sanitary items were available for me, even in the rest room which was clean and tidy. I only wish the rest of the working world could show the kind of respect , kindness, helpfulness and attitude as these men showed. Hello, I have been a customer at Discount Tire Company for over 50 years and I’m always pleased with the service each time. Today, I had my tire air checked. The young man was having a hard time keeping sweat out of his eyes causing him to constantly wipe sweat off.
The summer temperatures here in Corpus Christi, Texas is too hot not to be wearing a hat for protection if you work out in the elements. Sometimes, heat index is 107 and hotter. Skin cancer is not a good thing to happen to anyone. I asked the young man why he’s not wearing a hat to protect him and he said, we aren’t allowed to wear a hat.
I’m wondering how many executives would work out in this hot heat without protection, knowing that skin cancer is real prevalent.
