Went to the Dollar Tree in Monroe, Ga. April 15 around 7:00 I was very disappointed with this store. It was the nastiest store I have ever been in. One of the isles was blocked of with a blue tarp. The shelves were not stocked trash was all over the floors.
Have yet to see an anyone who even looked like they worked there. I will not be shopping at your store any more. I think that company should get a new manager.

Why are there so many things advertised online to be in your stores that are not there at any local store (I have been to three)? I am a disabled senior and when I go, I need to find that item exists…many clerks have never even heard of the name of the item much less know if it is coming in. Mostly they say…”we get what they send us” and “it may be on the truck”…If I call in advance they are too busy putting out merchandise to see if my item arrived.
Is this growing pains????

I am very frustrated with Dollar Tree. Every time I contact my local store about a particular item, it is NEVER in stock. I can have it delivered to the store if I purchase a case. I don’t always need a case. If i only need a few units, the shopping cost more than the cost of the few units I need. Why do you not provide the local stores with the items you advertise in your catalog? I can’t always afford a full case unless it is something I know I am going to use. For instance, I ordered a case of the 5″ buckets with rope around the top. Those I will use. I was able to have them shipped to the store. However, apparently they are on back order and since I was planning on using them for fall center pieces, I more than likely will not get them in time. I wanted to order the DIY Christmas ornament baubles, but, (1) they are on back order and (2) they are 36 dollars a case and my local store does not have any in stock. I don’t need 36 and it would not be worth it for me to order a few units by the time I pay the shipping charges. Do you not stock the stores in order to make more money by selling them by the case on line? If this is the case, it may seem like good business for you, but it is poor customer service for those of us who cannot afford to order full cases or buy a few and pay more for the shipping than what the few units cost by themselves. I am very frustrated. Could you please shed some light on your business practices and would you please stock your stores better so people like me can actually afford to buy just what we need instead of spending exorbitant amount of money just so we don’t have to pay shipping? Thank you. It would be very nice to receive a reply to this comment.
