    Your Bullhead, Az. store had from what I was told 4 or 5 employee’s infected with covid-19 and you pull employees from the Kingman store to cover their positions, how pathetic is that, did you bother to tell the public, did you bother to deep clean your store what about the Kingman store, are you worried about them or are you worried about making your profits, total greed on your part and you should be ashamed. You people are no better then Walmart, at least they shut down for a day and a half for a deep cleaning which does not good because you don’t have the balls to tell your customer’s to mask up or leave your store BUT then again that might cost you some sales.
    Please don’t worry I won’t be shopping at any of your stores, I prefer to stay safe and I’ll make sure that all my family and friends should stay safe also. 😁

    Purchased a two (2) pizza’s from you on Saturday the 20th of June 2020 and the delivery driver did not ring my bell and the pizza on the bottom had ants in it. I think this was really bad customer service and could not get in touch with anyone. I had told them to ring the bell and I will get it. The pizza I got from you prior to this, 3 weeks ago, the guy set on the railings and that was ok and he rung the bell for social distancing .

    I’m not happy with Big Lots which is something I’m not use to. I usually love this store, but when I purchased a chandelier that works with fairy lights the $30.00 chandelier is brighter then the round $45.00 one so I wanted to exchange the round one for another of the brighter chandelier since I use them to help me get to the bathroom in the middle of the night instead of turning on the big lights so as to not wake my husband up. I had the receipt but not the box I didn’t expect to have to bring it back because I thought it was pretty but I threw away the box b4 I found out I didn’t like it. I have the receipt and the chandelier within 60 days or even 30 days and they refused it. I feel this is bad service as if the company wouldn’t send you and empty box so you could resell this product to someone who like less light that me. There is nothing wrong with it except that I thought maybe I could buy another set of lights to help it be brighter but I couldn’t even find fair lights in the store that would work for this chandelier. So I’m extremely upset about something so minuet as a box to keep me from getting the chandelier I wanted and have to pay for a light that is more expensive and less useable. I paid $45.00 plus whatever taxes for something I don’t even want.
