I was very upset when we stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott in Holyoke MA on 9-11-22. We had no light when we entered the room, called front desk and they had to replace the lightbulbs in the light. Then our TV would not come in at all, then went to take a shower and there was no soap in the soap dispenser. We were charged $199.00 for this room.
We stayed in your hotel back in November 2021 and were only charged $135.00 we were told this was the price because this was the last room. I find it very hard to believe this is how the pricing is done.
We came back to this location because we were very happy when we stayed in November. I would like to get a refund for the difference in what we paid in November vs what we paid in September
