    give him some advice and what to do with the unworkable block heater. Winter is coming and he’s afraid to drive with the block heater not working. When he called the dealership he was told to cut the wire to ensure there would be no problems for safety reasons.

    Absolute worse buying experience of my life (and I buy a lot of cars). First, credit where credit is due….Lee was great and prompt with all communication (as this car was bought unseen and pretty much all over the phone and text. And when I had an issue with the car being picked up, Lee outside of his business hours, answered my call and stayed with me on the phone until the carrier had the vehicle in possession. I will also add that he was in the middle of a family emergency and still insisted on taking care of this with me. Please let Lee know how appreciative and great he was here for me during this experience. Fast fwd to the ongoing, still not resolved nightmare. I had not received any registration, plates, paperwork, nothing from the dmv. I phoned the dealership, they forwarded me to jamey, the office manager. She said she would handle and I would receive something from the dmv shortly. In time I received a phone call from the dmv saying they received everything from the dealership but it was months late and because of this I was incurring 5 late fees for the total of $756. I was informed the dealership had so much time to report the sale but they were months late. I took this information back to jamey, in which she profusely apologized and accepted responsibility. She asked that I pay the the fees, send her the receipts and she would have immediately reimbursed. So I went to the dmv (never a fun experience and not what I should be having to do) paid all the fees, received my registration, plates and tags. I contacted jamey again, sent her my receipts, she said she would get me a check out immediately. Fast fwd a wk or so, no check. Contacted jamey again, owner needs to sign the check, will send out in am. Wks later, no check. Covid busy excuse, holidays, people are out excuses, will have done this wk. Another wk goes by, owner had to take dad to drs 3 hrs away, check will be in the mail in the am. Still to this day no check. Jamey since then (Dec 4th) had just stopped responding to my calls and texts all together. I’ve also left messages for Kelley, another office manager (no response) Left messages for Joel (owner-no response) have spoken a few times to Duane (sales manager) kudos to him for listening to me and patiently understanding my frustrations. Although he said twice he would follow up and get back to me and would also have the office management or owner get back to me, zero responses from anyone. Today I have sent a message to Lee, jamey and the finance manager, with again, zero responses. So now I will take things into some other hands and contact the bbb and corporate. This whole situation is obviously super frustrating and not to mention, absolutely unprofessional. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I didnt even touch on how rude and unprofessional the clerks are at the dealership, I can’t tell you how many times they would cut my call, transfer my call to the wrong extension or that I would call back and tell them I needed to leave a personal message, that the voice-mails I was being transferred to were full, they would put me on hold and transfer me again back to the same voice-mail that was an issue. This easily happened over ten times. I felt like I was a practical joke. Horrible experience.

    Yeah. There. Is a lot ot tell you about my. Chevy Coblat 2010. Is a lot of crap made in mexico and i called them o transcript for hearing impaired and they said they don’t make. Anymore they should have done long time ago i got my car fix other place due the service at Chevy costing but i i am looking for right car not like this crap My car is only 62 K and found. More problems they don’t care so i am going to speak out about this! Sicko. I have proof I called Chevy on my transcript too bad not recorded so that why i am going to straight this out anyone give fake cars

    I bought a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse on March 8th, 2019 and has had nothing but problems with it. I believe there is a defect in the paint job. Right before we drove it off the lot, my husband noticed a ding on the hood. The Sales Manager looked at it and we scheduled an appointment to have it repainted. While inspected the car we also noticed the driver’s door needed to be adjusted. And there was also a scratch on the rear spoiler. We brought the car back a few weeks later and was there for about 2 weeks. When I picked up my car, I noticed that where the hood was painted there was overspray across the front that had dripped and dried. I called and they wanted to reschedule to bring it back in September. I had foot surgery in beginning of May on my right foot and August on my left foot, so September was best time when I was able to drive. They had my car for 2 more weeks and when I went to pick it up and drove home, I noticed there was drops of paint on the hood. However, it did rub off, but the Sales Manager had told me that I must have parked under a house that was getting painted. (Happened to be exact color of my car??) besides that, my car looked good. Beginning of March, I had washed my car, and while drying it noticed several chips all over the hood and one on each side of the upper door. It looked as if the paint was chipping off. You could see the primer. I called and took it back in on April 2nd, 2020. Nathen Sisk came out and looked at it and then Dan I believe the service Manager did as well. He told me that they were rock chips and it must be from living on a dirt road. He said they would have the autobody shop look at it, but they will probably say the same. I told them that My car was totally fine at the end of September when I picked it up and that I only drive it a couple times of week because I work with my husband and ride with him. How can that many chips down to the primer happen in less than 6 months. I have not even driven it out of town, I baby my car. I am not happy. I picked it up on the 8th of April and Nathan quickly had my paperwork and wanted me out of there. He didn’t even come out and look over my car with me. They gave a paint pen and sent me on my way. The work order that he gave me was a preliminary estimated of what they should have done on my vehicle not what they did. There Is no way it took them 14 hours to dot some paint on my car. Every time I brought it in, the service managers always seemed to put the blame on me. I spent allot of money for this car and the paint pen they used looks like my 7-year-old nephew touched it up. It looks awful. I took it for a second opinion in Yakima and the gentlemen I spoke with inspected my car and agreed that my car is very clean and if those were all rock chips on my hood that he would see at least one or two on my front bumper or some on the sides of my car. There was not a single rock chip, all spots were on the hood and upper doors. He agreed it looked like a defect in paint and was peeling off. My husband has a 2006 Chevy Truck and he does not have one rock chip on his hood. He was going to buy a new Chevy Truck this year but after all of this he is seriously thinking about buying a Ford now. It just makes me sick to my stomach the way I was treated and all I want is my car to be fixed correctly.
    Furthermore, We bought a brand new BLACK 2015 Jeep Cherokee 5 years and he drives between Goldendale, Wenatchee, Moses lake and Richland twice a week for work. Not 1 chip. Explain that? All of mine are on the top hood or door where they repainted. All I would like is it not touched up with a pen that looks like dobs of white out and fixed. I spent allot of money on this car it is just irritating.

    My name is Pamela Shafer, I work at the Rimrock Chevrolet dealership here in Laurel, Montana. I have a gentleman that had purchased a 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500HD in August of 2018. He received a letter from Chevy explaining the recall on the block heater in the 2018. Is there anyone that can give him a call and give him some advice and what to do with the unworkable block heater. Winter is coming and he’s afraid to drive with the block heater not working.
