I like to make a complaint about the service that happen today on 2 NOV 2022 at 4:35pm at your facility 2010 FM 663, Midlothian, TX 76065 and the store number is 03910. The phone number is (972) 775 – 5713. The problem is that the employees need to be properly trained while handling the food product. It seems that these employees lack empathy for the customer’s needs and service. I understand about the fast food industry. I use to work in the fast food industry while in high school in the early 1980’s. However, as an employee you will NEVER put any food that was dropped or fell on the floor and give it to the customer. This employee had dropped the food and sever boxes of French fries fell all over the floor. The employee had scoop up all the food that fell on the floor in a new bag. The problem is we watch all this happen. She act like we was not there and try to hand the bag to my fiancée like the employee didn’t have a care in the world. I’m a US Army Disabled Combat Veteran with a Purple Heart who serve Honorably for 23 years. Please tell me that your training policy and practices include with giving the customer food that fell on the floor. If this is a common practice. My job is to alert the Pentagon, US Department of Health, my Congressman an Senator about how the customers are treated. When I find the number to the Chairman of the Board for Chic -Fil-A. I will notify them too. The real problem is that the employee didn’t offer to replace all the dropped food the fell all over the floor, for freshly made food. Honestly, is this part of the training practices in the companies standard Operation Procedure Manual. Please tell me if this is true!!!!!! Honestly, any family to include a Military family doesn’t deserve this type of treatment from anywhere. Thank you
I just left the 19th ave and Bethany home AZ location I picked up for a a few of us at work, we’ll lucky me I’m back at work and MY food is missing the one that flew to get it. I keep calling and no answer to the location I am on hold way too long I am at work if Chose a different selection to try and get through.

First, your large fruit cup is almost double the price of the large waffle fries. Also, the chicken sandwich is half the price of a salad with no chicken. Although your food is delicious, your healthier items are more expensive. In conclusion, the healthy items you sell are overpriced.I believe if you were to lower the prices sales for these items would increase.
