    Good morning,
    First off, let’s just save Chipotle is a treat for my family. However, this most recent experience has left a rather dirty taste in my mouth. Yesterday June 4th was Nurses Appreciation day and bogo day. As a nurse manager, I thought this was the perfect time to treat my employees to lunch (both shifts) as a token of my appreciation for all their hard work on a daily basis. Another nurse manager and myself went with approximately 30 orders. Once we got ready to pay, they stated we had to every nurse badge for every order. I politely stated that the website did not state that and that has never happened in the past when I’ve treated myself for Bogo day. The website clearly stated to have a nurses ID badge or license. It did not state there was a limit (as there has not been one in the past), nor did it state we had to have more than one ID badge present to order more. A manager came out and did reluctantly agree to grant the BOGO deal; however, they had to ring it up 6 different times for me to get my staff their lunch. Additionally, my nurse manager had to have her card 7 times. So with this information of needing multiple badges, it was time for me to get my night shift their dinner. I had 6 burrito bowl orders and 3 badges with me. I went in and ordered the bowls and they gave me a BOGO for one. When I questioned this, they stated “it’s not my fault”. They refused to grant the BOGO for the other two meals. This was after I received the information from the day staff how to receive the BOGO. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I go to Chipotle and will let my friends, family, co-workers, and anyone else know about the service I and the other manager received in your restaurant yesterday. As a service industry and health care provider myself, I was extremely disappointed in the actions and customer service the team members at the Flintlock RD, Kansas City MO provided to myself and my team member.

    It used to be that your employees would make my food the way I asked them too. When I asked for more guacamole than the server put on. The server began arguing with me that they put on enough and then tried to continue without adding more. I informed them that they need to put on the correct amount or I wasn’t going to buy it. It wasn’t until the manager came out that this employee chose to do what I wanted. This happened once before at a different chipotle in Temple city. Is there some new policy at Chipotle that your servers decide the portions that your customers receive or are these two disgruntle employees that need more customer service training. I would like a response.

    I received a gift certificate for the Canton center store , I brought a handicapped woman from work with me to try out the food since we had either one tried it before . We arrived about ten minutes before they opened as we did not know the hour of business but regaurdless it takes a bit of effort to unload a handicapped van so I did so and when we got up to the door there were at least seven people eating inside so I assumed they must have opened early so I opened the unlocked door and I was rushed by several employees informing me they weren’t yet opened ! I apologized they politely came over and locked the door. We proceeded to wait 20 minutes at least and finally a woman came to the door to inform us that it was gonna be at least another half hour bc the forgot to bring the register or safe key and couldn’t make change ! Lol I told them I had a gift certificate and they could just keep the balance but I was in a hurry now to get my patient back to workshop and they refused to sell me anything…… absolutely so agitated I can’t even tell you ! The second time I went they messed up my order and still to this day I’ve never had a dang burrito I keep hearing about! I can’t imagine waiting for that long ever again , just thought you should know
