I ordered a heating pad from Bed Bath Beyond. I received it and it stopped working after 40 days. We took it to our local bed bath and beyond and the manager at the Carson City Nevada store said sorry we cant help you its past 30 days. Her name is Anne. She would not give us a refund and said we had top pay an extra $47.00 dollars for the exact pad because it was past 30 days and the new one was a different stock number a newer model but it was the exact same heating pad, nothing different than the one we took to the store that wasn’t working.
Why is this so because it was 10 days past 30 days we cant even get a refund for the old one. We ended up paying $47.00 dollars more for the same pad. This cant be right or how people are treated. not to mention she was short with us and rude. she actually said take it or take back the broken one. Please tell me this isn’t Bed Bath beyond policy and how loyal customers are treated
I filled out a application for family dollar and the manager tried pulling up my application but he was sayin it was blocked that I needed to get in touch w someone so I can pull my application in start working
