    I am being sent to collections for equipment I have returned back in November 2023 was told on December 12, 2023 everything was good now I am being told I still owe and need to prove I sent equipment back. I tried to get a reprint of receipt from UPS but they can only go back 15 days. They originally scanned the serial number and I haven’t gotten anything returned to me. I and my wife have called numerous times to be told they can’t help us to just pay the bill. It is a crime the way we are being treated and there seems to be no recourse. I am writing everyone in corporate trying to get a resolve to this issue.

    I have been a DTV customer starting in the late 90’s to present day. I can not express enough disappointment in your poor decision making to censor your media broadcasting choices. To rid of OAN first and now NEWSMAX is not only wrong but just enough to put me over the edge on cancelling my long standing account that has never ever been late on payment. Your woke movement to support the socialist movement of controlling open concept politics on both sides of the fence is disgusting. I hope you realize that your decision is wrong and consider reinstating both channels. If you choose not to do so in the next coming months this customer will be moving on to another provider. Censorship in this country can not be based on political bias. THIS IS AMERICA HOME OF THE FREE! Pull your head out of the sand and get with the program. All channels should be allowed to be subscribed to based on customer demand. WHAT A JOKE YOU AT ATT HAVE BECOME.

    Being Retired I’m paying a whopping $235.55 per month for services and one of those services would be watching my Favorite News Channel and that would be NEWSMAX. Why are they removed while you are keeping the lower rated liberal bent No One would be watching news channels around? This needs to be corrected immediately on your part or I will be spending my program viewing dollars somewhere else.

    Is there anybody in this billion dollar company that can or is willing to help me with my issue that has been ongoing
    for two months now. One of your employees screwed up my account and now my account is in disconnect but yet my
    account is active and up to date. Why is it that nobody in this company can fix my problem everyone keeps giving me the run around and transferring me to multiple departments and none of the managers can do anything. It is useless
    to have have managers that dont have the authority to do their jobs. I have been without service for four days and your staff has no ability to help. Furthermore most of them dont speak or understand english good enough to do anything Is there anybody who is in charge that speaks an understand english that can make a decision. I have been a loyal customer for over twenty years and this is how i get treated. Totally unacceptable. FIX MY ISSUES

    I tried to cancel the free trial since it does not work. I pressed the cancellation button but I came no further. I went to the chat – they could not help me or did not want to help me. I called they wished me a good day and hung up.

    In my opinion it is fraudulent to tell you that you can cancel the free trial at any time and then you can’t.

    I will have to challenge my credit card bank when they deduct the amount.

    I am disgusted! I just got off the phone with one of your telemarketers. I was kind and polite while he gave me his spiel. when I said no he proceeded to lecture me on and on. He was abominable and rude then said that I was rude because I didn’t want your service. Shame on you. Don’t give me the run around that you can’t be responsible for your employees. You train them to be that rude and aggressive. You should be ashamed!

    I am so UNHAPPY with Direct TV ever since ATT took over. We haver had them for 10 years and they continue to mess us over. I was preparing to more and spoke to a lady that said she could not find our address and that I would have to call back in a week, I did so and was told to take my equipment to the new house and an tech would be her on the day I was moving in, nope never showed up not even a phone call or text, so I call them back and was told that I had to open a new account and that someone would be her on the 13th, and to send all my old equipment back via FED EX, I done that and nope not a phone call or text , I call them back and they said that it will be on the 23rd, well someone did show up on the 23rd and said i was going to be charged for equipment (mind you I had all the equipment but they told me I had to send it back to ATT), i call ATT back and was told nothing they can do since I sent the equipment back. I asked for her name and ID number she only gave me the first name and said she cant tell me anything else. ATT is JOKE and I will run this contract out an be done with them.

      Yes, you are absolutely right,. The customer service is being outsourced over seas and if you have a problem they are reading a script and aren’t trying to understand or resolve the issue. I absolutely 💯 love direc tv ,but since Att I don’t know.

      I’ve been with them for almost 20 years, and you are right! AT &T has ruined them! I am on the third representative and have been re-directed 3 times. I have asked to disconnect my service now, do to their lack of service, and am on hold while they “look” for a supervisor. I will be at another provider tomorrow!

    Called your call center to cancel my service. I spoke to one rep. who disconnected my call, she claimed she could not hear me. I called again got another rep. and tried again she claimed that my account was locked due to the first person not closing it out and she could not contact the 1st rep or that reps supervisor and advised I would have to call back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that the supervisor could not do anything more than she did. I then called a 3rd time and that rep. apologized and attempted to contact the 1st rep. to get her to unlock my account to no avail. He then got me to a supervisor who again tried to have me call back. After I asked for the information to cooperate so I could write a complaint, I was told that I would get a call back.
    Well it is 6 or so hours and no call and I do not know if my Direct Tv was canceled.
    Also rep 2 said in cases like mine they were supposed to call me back and or continue to close the account
