    The corporate number you have on this page is a Chrysler dealership. Do you have a better number? I am a merchant and has been trying to get a hold of your company to reactivate my store for almost a month now and still not having any luck to speak to someone that can fix this problem. We have done and followed all the instructions that your representative told us. I was told 1-3 days in the beginning of the problem and then 1-7 days, and now it is taking more than three weeks. We have lost such a significant amount of business not getting any orders from Doordash. I was given different reference number each time we called them. I have been put on hold for a good amount of time that I just had to hang up. You can either tell us we are done with this transaction or otherwise put us back on. Simple us that.

    Door Dash did not honor a 75% off coupon. The wording was misleading and they refused to acknowledge. It is unfortunate that I received a promo saying to come back and when I did I got ripped off.

    NEVER USE DOORDASH UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE INVOLUNTARY DONATION BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS PURCHASED. THIS COMPANY REFUSES TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS WHO USES THEUR SERVICES.

    Doordash should be put out of business. I ordered from. Little Caesars and never received. Y order of almost $33.00. They’re saying they cannot refund my money. The driver didn’t even call to inform me they have arrived which I included that in the delivery instructions.
    FAIR WARNING!!!!! DO NOT CALL ANY BUSINESS THAT USES DOORDASH!!! THEY ARE RIPOING HARD WORKING PEOPLE OFF AND KEEPING THEIR MINET AND NOT COMPLETING THEIR ORDER.

      I work for door dash and I haven’t had any problems. I dash 7 days a week and I make pretty good money. It’s the restaurants that people have the problems with. I always keep in contacts with the customers that order food

    Doordash has been holding my payment for a week saying that my account was deactivated and they are not paying me because their customer who are mostly thieves say they didn’t receive food so they can get refund and enjoy the food too
    If I don’t get my money I will bring this forward to the irs

    i place the order on sep 18,2021 door dash online after haf hour i received call from door dash your order was cnaclled no reason explained but they charged the money my credit card account and also told they doing credit to ur credit card account but credit never recived, for 78.10 . please help this propblem

    I worked from 2015 first time doordash opened in orange county ,
    All managers knows my quality and costumer service ,
    I worked 6 years doordash with 7500 delivery and 4,89 stars rating ,
    By the system error on doordash in 2 days my complete rating come down from 85% to 65%,
    I called support and they promised fix my rating manually but after 2 days my app stopped !!!
    It’s not fair to do this with 6 years best job worker !

      Doordash app was hacked and someone used my debit card on their app and I still have not gotten a refund its been since may and 2 separate charges that equal $120. I have contacted door dash MULTIPLE TIMES!! NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!! I WILL NEVER DO ANYTHING WITH DOORDASH AS IT IS CLEAR THEIR APP IS NOT SECURE

        I had the same thing happen and just spent literally 3 hours trying to get it resolved, and as people were making order after order on my account I was trying to reach someone at DD. They do NOT answer their phones at all so don’t even try. I waited for 45 minutes to get an “online chat” with a customer service agent who said they aren’t allowed to call to get the info. I am at work and didn’t have time to spend three and a half hours trying to get this settled but had no choice bc everything had to be written numerous times bc they have “Special teams” to handle each problem. It’s a joke. If they actually had anyone answering their phones then there would not have been over $200 in orders on my account. I got a text when the first one was on the way and immediately tested and called the delivery driver. They ignored me and still gave the food to the scammers. If they had decent customer service this would have been stopped after the first order had been placed. I will NEVER do business with DD again and will post my story on every social media outlet to warn people that they do not protect your credit card information and do not care if you are having fraudulent orders being made on your account then it will take 5-7 days to get MY money refunded when it’s a couple of weeks before Christmas and it’s their fault for the issue to begin with.
