    It is hard to believe the new trend of many of your employees. There was a time when (even young) people knew the words “compassion, charity, courtesy, respect for others”. WHAT HAS HAPPENED???? The caliber of people at your stores has declined a great deal over the past few years. Your company has truly dropped the ball in requiring a
    high standard of customer service for your customers. We lived in Thomasville, Ga till our recent move to California and the store there has the same problem with its employees! They are rude and unfriendly, and thats where I was born and raised ; it was never a place where you found rude people. After three times there, we never went back. Are you going to wait till your company is in the gutter to hire people who do not belittle the homeless, the poor, and make jest of them because your employees were probably raised with more opportunity than those folks have probably ever seen? I was so sad to hear about the stories about throwing water on a customer; and the employee who did so should NEVER work in a public service job again. The employee who wrote the message on the cup of the customer to get a job and stop “hangin” at their store should be standing in the same UNemployment line as the “water boy”. Quality help is not easy to find…….but still possible.
