    Hi. My name is Jeanette. I have been frequenting Dunkin’ Donuts for over 25yrs and never had a bad food day until today. I was going to travel and as usual I stopped for a sesame bagel and large coffee for my long trip. Upon opening the bagel to take a bite I literally almost broke my teeth. HARD AS A ROCK!! I was quite a ways away or I would have gone back and got another one in exchange. I made a video of it because I knew it would sound like an exaggeration. Even dunking a piece I managed to break off to dip in my hot coffee to maybe make it edible didnot work. I need an email to send you this video and receipt . On the video you can hear it is rock hard as I tap the counter. I wanted to show it to my son when I arrived in case he thought I was exaggerating when I told him about it. Would like a response and a place where I can email it or I guess I will have to post it on Facebook maybe so you can see. Thankyou.

    It is hard to believe the new trend of many of your employees. There was a time when (even young) people knew the words “compassion, charity, courtesy, respect for others”. WHAT HAS HAPPENED???? The caliber of people at your stores has declined a great deal over the past few years. Your company has truly dropped the ball in requiring a
    high standard of customer service for your customers. We lived in Thomasville, Ga till our recent move to California and the store there has the same problem with its employees! They are rude and unfriendly, and thats where I was born and raised ; it was never a place where you found rude people. After three times there, we never went back. Are you going to wait till your company is in the gutter to hire people who do not belittle the homeless, the poor, and make jest of them because your employees were probably raised with more opportunity than those folks have probably ever seen? I was so sad to hear about the stories about throwing water on a customer; and the employee who did so should NEVER work in a public service job again. The employee who wrote the message on the cup of the customer to get a job and stop “hangin” at their store should be standing in the same UNemployment line as the “water boy”. Quality help is not easy to find…….but still possible.
