We took our LC500 to Lexis on Camelback for body work I caused. While at the dealer additional damage was caused and service adviser attempted to blame additional damage on us, saying it must have been there when brought in. My wife’s phone says different, based on notification received from the car the damage was caused the day after we dropped it off. Dealership finally agreed to repair additional damage at no cost to us. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE NEVER GOTTEN “WE DID IT AND WE ARE SORRY” We were alleged attempting to rip you off and even after accepting cost of repair no “WE ARE SORRY”
