    THE CUETOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THE FRONT DESK STAFF ARE RUDE AND THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO OWN UP TO THEIR WRONG DOING. I WILL NEVER STAT IN THIS HOTEL EVER. NO FAIRFIELD FACILITY WILL GET ANY OF MY MONEY ANY MORE AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW NOT TO STAY AT ANY ONE OF THEIR FACILICIES. THERE ARE NO MICROWAVE IN ANY ROOMS. (EVEN THE CHEAP MOTEL 6 HAS A MICROWAVE) YOU CHARGE ALL THIS MONEY AND YOU GOTTA GO TO THE LOBBY JUST TO HEAT UP FOOD. YOU GOTTA ASK FOR THEM TO CLEAN YOUR ROOM EVERY DAY. THE HOTEL IS NOT CLEAN AS IT SHOULD BE WITH COVID AND ALL THE THINGS GOING ON IN THE WORLD. THE STAFF DID NOT WEAR MASKS. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS PLACE . THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD MORE THAN ONE TIME FOR YOUR STAY. DO NOT STAY HERE. YOU WILL REGREAT IT LATER. WHEN I CALL WITH IN THE PAST 2 WEEKS I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND. THEY HAVE SOME FUNNY STUFF GOIN ON.

    I stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Terrell, TX last week for 2 nights. I was charged 2 times for my room. My place of employment paid for the room weeks in advance. When I checked in, I was asked for a credit or debit card which I was told it will be used for any charges to the room. I told the desk clerk ok cause the room has already been paid for. The next day I noticed on my bank statement I was being charged $340 for 2 nights at Fairfield Inn. I then called them, was told the clerk was new and made a mess stake and I will be credited the full amount of $340. It has now been 5 days and they still have not given me the credit. That will be my last time I will ever stay at a Fairfield Inn!

    This place charges 200 deposit which is fine many hotels do, the problem is that they never give you the money back and when you call they answer you wrong, they get upset they tell you that the manager will call you back and it never happens I have been 4 months since I paid my deposit and they don’t give any answer.

    I don’t have a complaint with your rooms or anything I’ve just been trying to get paid for doing a job fixing a refrigerator and Hobbs in Mexico for Fairfield and it’s been like 3 months now and every time I ask them they say I need to submit a new invoice I don’t understand is the invoice is not going out to the proper people there’s probably not any way you can help me but I was just trying to get the ball rolling somehow these people get telling me the same thing like they’ve never even seen my invoice

    Double charged my accounts. Few times and. Whrn i go to disput charges they call polixe amd remove me from property as well as staten they woll mot return my funds.

    This has been the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. Fairfield inn and suites 511 Royal Parkway Nashville TN. Car was vandalized the very first night. Busted my window as well as 7 other vehicles. Was told it happens all the time. When we arrived to our room there was pee on the toilet seat, hair in the shower floor, batteries in the remote were dead. Breakfast was terrible. Hardly any selection, no milk for cereal and no coffee was made. The spa was green and not open and my room was never cleaned. Had to ask for towels. And I noticed several people also asked for towels and complained.
    We stayed for a Southern Baptist convention and paid almost 300$/night for 4 night and had two rooms. Unacceptable.

    I left my wallet, keys, I’d in the room. I thought I had dropped it outside. I called Tuesday nite about my wallet, they said know. I thought by 5:00 my room had been cleaned. It had not! They could of looked for it, they didn’t. So, the next day, they said they found it. They told me that I would need a credit card for them to send it to me I asked them to use the cash that was in the wallet and they said they could not they had to have a credit card. My son is the coach of the team that was staying there where we paid over $2000 for our stay he was very upset that y’all were requiring me to pay you to send it back to me when I do offer you the cash in my wallet. I did not have a credit card to send because it was in the wallet and I have reported it stolen . He gave his credit card information on Wednesday early afternoon. They said that they would have FedEx pick it up and send it back to me. Today is Friday night and I just called them and they have not even had it picked up yet!!! I am without a car I can’t lock my front door I can’t get my mail and I’m stranded without my keys we should’ve been here by Thursday due to their delay in incompetence of handling the shift situation I ask you to refund the credit card amount charged my son and be kind enough to give him credit on his credit card since they have a lack of understanding of the severity of the situation .It is now Saturday and I probably will not get it tomorrow. Your policies and procedures in situations like this. THEY HAD NO CONCERN FOR MY SITUATION, and still don’t! You need better integrity in your staff!!!!
