I am having problems with your customer service department.
I have been sending emails for “several” weeks to your customer
service department, but they have not helped me. – Here is the problem:
I would like to become a “Seller” and have Gigs on Fiverr. But, each time that
I write to your customer service reps , they write to me with a few ideas to Create
my Gig on Fiverr, but their ideas don’t work for completing the Gig application. – So,
I keep writing to your customer service representatives, but I remain stuck. – I even told
the reps that I would write to Fiverr’s corporate office, and they did not care.
I have joined two other “Freelance” companies and their customer service reps. got on
the phone and told me how to set the Gig up. – I was able to set my Gig up in less than 30 minutes. –
But, their customer service departments talked me through it, while I was looking at my computer.
* I hope that you can help me set up my Gig on Fiverr.
