    To whom it may concern:
Once again my husband and I went shopping at the Home Depot on Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA.
Albert went to use his military discount and got a very bad attitude from the cashier who would not honor his two government issued ID’s.
We were promised by the CEO of Home Depot two weeks ago that we would never have this problem at the store again.
    Well, it happened again.
We asked to talk to the store manager and were directed to someone by the name of Carlos and he said that he could not honor the discount either. This is totally unacceptable, my husband is a Vietnam Veteran. What a disgrace to be spoken down so badly by that cashier today, November 18, 2019.
We sent an email two weeks ago about the same thing happening at this location and my husband got a phone call from the CEO’s administrator.
She apologized and sent a gift card out.
    The transaction number is:
    4103 08 68067
    Date: 11/18/2019 1326
    Cashier: Sheena
We are so sick of being treated like criminals.
We are both senior citizens and really don’t need to be intimidated by the staff at your store.
We will be glad to send your gift card back because we won’t be shopping at Home Depot anymore.
Hopefully in writing this something will be done to correct this situation.
    Sincerely,
    Lorraine Gardner
Wife of a proud Vietnam Veteran

On August 15th I ordered 3 sets of vertical blinds from Home Depot’s Rancho Mirage, California. I paid $99 extra to have my windows measured and blinds installed. On Sept. 9th the 2 sets of blinds were installed. However, the third vertical blind was the wrong size. I was told that Home Depot would be notified and a new correct blind would be ordered. On Sept. 11th went to Home Depot and was told by Chris that the blind had not been ordered yet but it would be ordered that day. Waited two weeks for the blind to arrive. When it didn’t arrive, went back to the store Sept. 23 to inquire and was told that the blind had not been ordered. Talked to another employee and she assured me that she would order the replacement blind that day. Waited another two weeks. Went back to Home Depot Oct. 8.AGAIN the blind had not been ordered! On Oct. 16th blind finally arrived but now I am having difficulty getting someone to install it. I was told someone from Home Depot would call me and let me know when the installers would come. No phone call. I can understand someone making a mistake but there is no excuse for incompetence. This has to be the worst service I have ever experienced in my lifetime and I am 80 years old!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mc Donald’s located 1389 Poplar Avenue, Memphis Tennessee. 4:am something in morning. I order a breakfast sandwich, the one with the sweet bread. They gave me the biscuit that had the corn breaded kind. I am the only vehicle in line. I happen to circle back around and no one on the intercom said may I help you. So I wait, and wait, and wait. No one says nothing. A man pulls up and waits 15mins plus 5mins of waiting. I seen this because he waited 15mins while I parked at the MC Donald’s parking lot. I finally got a response from one of the McDonald’s employee as she took my order. It’s a shame how restaurants employees just don’t care about service and customers.

I have spent 28K on three different window replacement renovations at three of my homes, the last being this month in Deming,NM. I was pleased with the contractors sent out but the customer service at Home Depot Las Cruces is subpar. I went in and spent an additional $1700 for tile, etc to be delivered. I realized today that the cement hardboard I had ordered was the wrong thickness. I called in and asked for a “manager” got an assistant mgr named Robert who kicked me over to the Pro desk. There Jerry told me he was with another customer, would call back. He didn’t. I called back got “Robert” again who transferred me back to “someone” who would help. Instead the phone went dead and 30 min later, no one has called back. He was aware that I had spent 11K recently at their store. End result? I’ll send back the $100 of cement hardboard and purchase it locally. Whether I do any large jobs in the future, is questionable.
