    Sad and disappointed at the service I have received from your company. Every appliance I have in my home is a Kitchenaid. My cooktop parts were not replaceable, my over parts were not replaceable and we ended up buying a new one that is a Kitchenaid. Now the second refrigerator that we purchased which is a Kitchenaid is now broken and needs a panel that controls the whole refrigerator is broken and can not be replaced. I have always been a fan of Kitchenaid appliances, I will not replace another appliance with anything that your company makes and will make sure to share my experiences with my friends who are replacing any appliances in their homes. Your company lies to the consumer about the value and longevity of your product. They are subject to be obsolete in a year or two after purchased which is how you make your money. There is no concern for the customer just the money you can make off them. You do not stand by your product, I am also very frustrated with a company that sells poor quality at a quality price with no satisfaction in sight. Need action to either fix our current appliance or replace it.

    We bought a KitchenAid Single wall-mounted oven in May, 2014. After using the self-cleaning feature the first time, the oven door was locked and the unit was inoperable. I called the store where we bought it, they sent a repairman who replaced the thermostat – out of warranty, and was in excess of $400. About a year later, we tried the self-clean again and the same thing happened. Another $400. We asked the repairman what we should do differently, and his recommendation was not to use the self-cleaning feature. We’ve had other ovens, and no problems – so this was a real disappointment with what we thought was a good brand. This Thanksgiving, we cooked a turkey with no problems, and after the oven cooled down, it would no longer function. No breakers were tripped, just a dead oven. We didn’t use the self-clean feature, either. It just quit. Rather than spend another $400 for a third thermostat, we called another dealer and bought a GE oven. It has been flawless, as I had anticipated our KitchenAid would have been. Very disappointed and frustrated with KitchenAid.

    On december 16,2020 at 2p.m. the operator/service agent at Goedekers of 13850 Manchester Rd.,Ballwin,Mo. (Ph# 888-768-1710 helped me get necessary installation plans of the kitchenmaid downdraft KCGD500GSS. She did a wonderful job and kept the installation of my $20000. counter top on schedule. I live in Garner, n.c. and probably will never buy anything from this company, but she helped me. That is commendable. Please appropriately reward her. when this renovation is down i will also comment on the service here in Garner concerning your products at Lowes.

    Do not ever buy a KitchenAid product; it used to have a good name…not any more! Espresso machine caught on fire; still under warranty. You can never talk to a person, you are put on hold listening to crap music; 45, 35, 20 minutes with no answer.

    Does anybody there ever answer e-mail or chat? My Kitchenaid microwave just lasted until the warranty expired, and now the a segment of the display doesn’t work. I’d just like to order a new part, but nobody ever answers the phone. Not impressed with the quality or the customer support.

    In 2018 we purchased your KitchenAid KRFF707ESS 26.8 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator Stainless Steel and paid $2200.00 for it. Year and a half later completely stopped cooling due to being covered in ice from top to bottom.We had to spend another $1200.00 for repair since it was no longer under warranty. Now, 3 months later same thing happened and we have to call repair man and pay over $1000.00 again? I tried to contact you but no answer. There is no email to contact you and live chat does not work. I am beyond being disappointed in your product and right now I am very upset. You take a pride in your product but nobody is there to help. Your product should not break down year and a half later if you promise high quality product and charge double then other companies. I insist on some compensation at least for the repair that I had to pay. I have pictures to show you how horrible your product is. Please contact me as soon as possible.

    I have been trying to reach a HUMAN since for 5 days. I’ve used chat WITHIN BUSINESS HOURS only to be given the We’re Closed response, called numerous times with wait times well over 45 minutes. Sat it out one day for over 50 minutes only to talk to a representative who had no lcue what thye were doing and misrepresented the facts to me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wante to cancl an order, was told it had already shipped (within 6 hours of ordering!) and yet when I follow the tracking email almost a week later-it saysing AWAITING SHIPPING! What the heck! How does a person get help from KitchenAid?!

    Our KitchenAid dishwasher (purchased in 2015) stopped working, so we called a repairman and he told us the stainless steel tub has rusted out causing a major leak, showing black mold and damaged flooring. What is our course of action?

    Hello.
    I use food processors a lot. Saves my hands.
    What I didn’t like was getting the big one out
    for small tasks. Had many a small chopper
    but none worked to my satisfaction.
    Christmas my Brother sent me a small
    KitchenAid processor.

    This little thing is FABULOUS !!!!
    Can’t begin to tell you how often I use it.

    I purchased a Kitchen Aid Stove, REFRIG and microwave I have had problems with the refrigerator, collecting mold , freezer, over frosting, at this point I will never make an investment in your product again. I have wasted time and money.

    We purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator, microwave, and dish washer in April 2019 feeling that we were purchasing high quality appliances and they would last us a while. We even considered buying the KitchenAid Double Oven so my wife would have all matching appliances. In August the refrigerator stopped working and we called Best Buy where we bought the appliances and they were not interested in helping us so they sent us to the KitchenAid customer service team, the response we received was they couldn’t help us either and we had to work with a third party service team. Frustrated with the run around they appeased us by sending a repair person out and he told us the model we had they get plenty of calls on and it would be at least 2-3 weeks before they could get the part. He finally came back and put the part in and it worked for about 3 weeks and now it’s doing the same thing “not working” and when we called the customer service again they sent us to the 3rd party with a scheduled appointment which was a no call no show. We asked for a new refrigerator because even they admitted there is something wrong with the appliance but good luck getting KitchenAid to approve that request. Very frustrated with a company that sells poor quality at a quality price with no satisfaction in sight. Need action to either fix our current appliance or replace it.
