    I purchased 13 items after I recd an email from Kroger for a Toy Blow out Sale. I recd a confirmation number 312869536 on an email thanking me for my order and that I will receive tracking information once my order ships. Three hours later I receive an email stating that 8 of my items were cancelled due to them being out of stock. kind of confused after I paid for the 13 items and recd a confirmation for all items. I called customer service in the hip dept and spoke to Tracy who was not able to help me so she referred me to Suzanne her Supervisor. I explained the situation and asked her how this can happen. She stated that my item were not confirmed because they weren’t shipped yet. that makes no sense. So after going back and forth I asked for her managers name and she said she couldn’t give that to me. She told me that a manager because there were many would call me back in the next 24 hours. After I got off the phone with her she cancelled the rest of my order stating it was by my request which is not true. Why would I cxl my order. I called back to talk to Suzanne to ask her why she did this. I spoke to Sandra, who by the way was very nice, she said she did see that Suzanne cxld my order. Which I believe was done is spite. I asked what time Suzanne got off and was told 9pm which is 8pm my time. Sandra told me that she would give Suzanne my number and that she should call me once she gets off her break. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I would like all the items I paid for and recd a confirmation number for.
