Why would you mix coffee anyway that’s just gross..and if you’re getting a cup of coffee made from the karuba machine it’s gonna fill your cup up with THAT coffee. Could of just told them yes it’s from the karuba machine and been done.
I retired up to Superior Wis last June (2021) I regularly stop in to the Your store #135 as I’m coming into town most mornings to get my coffee and Mpls Tribune. I mix and match my coffee to try different taste and favors. You have a machine called Karuba which I have been using also…..usually about 1/4 Karuba flavor and then 3/4 of other coffees and coffee flavors. I had no problems checking out for months until around 4-5 weeks ago. The lady at the cash register asked me if I had a Karuba coffee which I stated “not really…I mix and match the coffee back there to make different flavors to my liking. She stated that the Karuba coffee was more expensive…. I stated “that’s no problem just charge me what you want…..it’s only a cup of coffee.” This exchange went on for about 30-45 seconds. I again said “it’s just a cup of coffee…charge me what you want to.” About three days latter again with the same question (but not the same lady thus was a make cashier with a beard) again I stated to charge me whatever they would like since I mix and match my coffees…..same 39-45 second speech from him. The very next day the man was behind the counter as I was checking out next to …..I believe a manager. I saw the cashier talking to him and then the manager came over to me before I received my change and asked (the same question) is that a Karuba coffee I have in my cup. I stated to him the same as I did the last 2 cashiers that I mix and match my coffees so no it’s not completely that coffee but charge me whatever you choose….it’s just a cup of coffee. He then stated I was trying to steal from the store and if I continued to do this he would ban me from the store. I said “ban me from the store? You have to be kidding me” he stated “he is the manager and has every right to do so” so I mumbled a few words under my breath and haven’t been back to that store since .
Not the best way to treat customers in my view especially after I told them numerous times to charge me whatever they wanted. It wasn’t a big deal to me

I am very impressed with kwik trip and really lick its abilities to service the public’s needs . I would like to give you a heads up on a good location that can help the company community and city .
On the west end of Town In Duluth Minnesota Just before Gary / New Duluth east of the railroad track there was a cement plant that was torn down one company has moved in not huge but lots and lots of land a kwik trip can be built with Serv roads already built good ones this area is growing and your store would fit perfectly. Everyone would benefit as time will need more help to continue. There are smaller stores really over flown and right on room and your ability to compensate by building in this area would be a world of good .
