    I have a 2012 Volvo truck with the regen problem. When I got a regen warning sign. I started regen usually take 45 min to 1 hour but it takes more than 3 hours… when I dropped my car dealer the cost $10520on March 29, 2021.
    On April 19, 2021, my Truck same regen problem. I dropped the dealer again … The dealer called me and explained to me This time SCR Catalyst. the dealer gives to me a new estimate invoice of $8.557.43.

    My question Same SCR problem and they did a computer diagnostic but at that time they don’t know and no guarantee and I have to pay…

    I wish to know what is the best solution.

    I placed an online order with your Hapeville Ga location. The customer service is horrible. After not ordering from them for a while I decided to reorder hoping that the management was better. I placed an online order and left instructions on the order on how the delivery person would need to get to up to our door in our building. The delivery guy came and said he did not know where the garage or carport was. Which was right in front of him. As I was trying to give him more instructions he was cutting me off and was rudely talking over me. He then went in to the leasing office which I asked him why was he going in there when I was telling him where to go. He kept talking over me. After getting frustrated because he said he did not know what a garage or carport was. I told him I would come down. Which was difficult because I have asthma and bad allergies. WHY AM I PAYING FOR DELIVERY IF I CANT GET DELIVERY TO MY DOOR! When I come down he is sitting in front of the garage where I told him to come to. I said so you didnt see the garage in front of you he says. I dont know what a carport or garage is. Meanwhile he is sitting in his car and hands me my pizza through the window. He was in a white mercedes benz. I told him you could have listened to instructions. I took my pizza and walked off he waited till I got 10 feet from him and then he yelled out the window as loud as he could and say SO YOUR MAD I DONT KNOW WHAT A CARPORT GARAGE IS!. I said no just learn to listen and follow instructions he then yelled you HAVE A GOOD DAY! Again out the window which at this point he was being funny. I called your store and explained to an employee what happend and she said well if i was the manager I would not refund your delivery because you had to come down to the door. Which she was not listening because I told here I had to go down stairs out the door and on to the street where the pizza guy was. She then said oh I didnt know you said out the door. Again not listening. In that case I would have just walked up the street to get my pizza. When you pay for a delivery service it should be delivery. What if it was contactless then how would I get my pizza. Your Marcos store @ 832 Virginia Ave, Hapeville Ga 30354 has the worst service I will not recommend anyone to go there ever. I would like my delivery fee refunded.

    Oct 9th 2020. I went to Marcos in Stone Mountain. GA. 30087. at 7:00 pm. I have always got my pizzas from this place since it was open… they were also sending me coupons in the mail… regular customer. Well tonight was a different experience the worker that waited on me I’ve seen him in there every time I patronize okay. I placed my order he said it will be 30 min. no problem. I was paying with my debit bank card as I always do that how they got my address to send coupons okay. he ask me for id okay I gave him my GA license with my picture on it. not good enough for Marcos but have had same id for 40 years . I explain that my bank has my full maiden and marriage name and my Ga driver license has my maiden name only on them never have been a problem with id before in fax did he not look at the picture…. I pull another card out with same information so my spirit was not at peace with this worker mind you he had a problem with the customer before me said he was there to pick up a call in order and he said not here try the other location did not try to help customer at all. I suggest the owner of this location get rid of this worker if he want his business okay. I kindly told him will not stress over a ten dollar small one topping pizza and I won’t be back… He is the Heavy set Man that works there……. FUNNY I am looking at the comments and they are rating a one Star. wonder why?

    I like to order in the AM for pick up around 5:30 or 6 PM however your online does not allow this. I can order a day or a week ahead but not later the same day. So if I go to order before 11AM and can’t place my order I go to my next choice for pizza.. It seems like a simple thing to fix.

    I’ve patronized this Marco’s for years. The service is not consistent. The other times I had a problem with the time of the delivery I understood because maybe the pandemic is affecting staff. I can no longer the pandemic as an excuse. If the pandemic is causing the shortage in driver, this Marco’s should not offer delivery. My delivery was supposed to take 1.5 hours. Too long but still acceptable. My order took over 3 hours! Also, my sub was missing. The driver told me that when he returned he would let the manager know so that the cost would be deducted. It wasn’t. I will no longer be patronizing this store. I will also let my neighbors know. Terrible delivery times and missing food means poor management. Poor management makes me believe that they are skimping on cleanliness. If you look at my past order, you will see that I was a great tipper. I really appreciate delivery people. The drivers will definitely miss me. I gave this store several chances… shame on me. This was the final straw. I’d like a full refund. Cold food, 3 hour delivery and missing food? Unacceptable!

    Just watching Under Cover Boss with Marcos Pizza being the highlighted business. I saw a lot of people saying they lack advertising. My husband and I were staying in Shakopee, MN. We ordered Marcos, not having ever heard of it… It was the BEST pizza we have ever had!! We don’t live there and don’t have a Marcos in our hometown of Owatonna,MN but we talk often if wishing we could order it!!

    The last two times I ordered pizza from the Panama City beach location I have asked for no contact delivery. However, I asked that they say Marcos delivery when they knock on my door. Why would I (in this day and age) open my door when I do not know who is on the other side. This is a tourist destination which makes it even more important that I know who is banging. Disappointed that my safety is not a consideration.

    Just ordered from location 8020 in Fayetteville, NC . We order from there 1-2 times a week for delivery. We usually order pizza and cheezy bread but the quality and delivery time has been declining steadily. This time we ordered cheezy bread and two salads. We ordered a greek/italian salad and a chicken ranch salad. We were told that there was only a chicken ceasar salad so we agreed to that. Then the employee on the phone asked what dressing we wanted for a ceasar salad. We responded that ceasar would be fine as it was a ceasar salad. When the order was finally delivered it consisted of cold cheezy bread, one salad that had cold uncooked pizza sausage on it, 9 packages of ranch dressing, 6 packages of low fat italian dressing, 7 plastic knives and 9 plastic forks. We first called back to report that we had only received one salad (we hadn’t opened the salad yet) and the employee asked did we want a salad delivered after the driver finished his rounds and that it was in his car. We said that he hadn’t been gone even 5 minutes and that we would like him to return right away. The employee wouldn’t really say when we might expect the missing salad. We waited a bit to see if the delivery would arrive so we could eat together. When it did not we opened the salad that we did get only to find that there was no chicken on it just big chunks of italian sausage. We called back to try to get the second mistake fixed and the manager was rude before we could even begin to explain that there was an additional problem and hung up. We called back again and another employee stated that the manager would refund only the missing salad. As loyal customers for the last several years we are totally shocked by this experience. I don’t know if there has been a change in staff or management recently but we are very disappointed as well as hungry! Hopefully you can fix this before other customers have issues with this location. We are sad that we may have to give up this restaurant simply because of a few employees that don’t care about their customers, their company or their jobs.     I’ve been a customer for going on 2 years, registered online. I’m not able to order online because corporate website maps don’t recognize my address. I’ve missed out on 25%, 30% online discounts because the store won’t honor the coupon if I call in the order. What a racket. I get emails almost daily for discounts that I can’t take advantage because I can’t order online. What a way to do business. I’m at the point I will send Marcos pizza emails to spam and do business with Barros.


    I picked up two medium pizzas December 5 at 5:20 pm. This was Vakdosta Georgia Marco’s. Both had more crust than topping. I would post a picture but I cannot do an attachment. Are you experiencing a shortage of toppings, or is pizza making training not up to snuff?

    a day on CNN. We loved your pizza when we lived in Michigan. My husband keeps asking if we can get Marcos here I know it’s not available…and I hate to see you wasting your advertising $.

    Ordered at 10:45pm. Waited over an hour then called the store. They claimed they had called us but we never received a call or text at all. They said they were out of calzones. We said okay no problem we will take the wings we had ordered then. They said “nope. Were not delivering anymore its passed midnight.” It was 12:01. So we waited over an hour and got nothing but attitude. Probably will not order again.

      Went to your Hapeville, Ga. location on 2/27 mind you I phoned in my order 20 minutes prior. Walk in and the employees are literally about to fight one another. It’s bad enough that no one is answering the phone or fulfilling the orders and to add insult to injury they’re cursing and ignoring the customers standing there… Enough is Enough!
