    Finished my son’s baseball game at 9:23pm. Called Marcos Pizza. Only to be hung up on a few
    times before trying to order off the website. After selecting items to order, I am greeted with a
    prompt that states they are no longer taking online orders for carry out, please call the store
    to order. I then call the store back at 9:36. The General Manager answers but she refuses to
    take my order stating the store is now closed. Mind you yelp states they are open until 11pm
    and Google and the Marcos pizza website state they are open until 10 pm. The General
    Manager tells me they stop taking orders at 9:30. I asked her point blank “So you are refusing to
    take my order at 9:36 pm.” She responded “yes We have been doing it this way for the past Six
    years.” When asked if I could schedule a time to speak to the regional director or her supervisor
    to understand the logic of refusing to take carry out orders 30 minutes before as other Marcos
    pizza locations do not have the same policy. She stated that some store stop orders 15
    minutes early. The general manager then hung up on me and refused to provide me her
    supervisor contact information. Ended up ordering pizza from Pizza hut.. Much better
    customer service by the way. This is not a customer error, therefore I the customer should not have my time wasted and or be subject to disrespect and hung up on by a leader at the Marcos Pizza on Space Center Dr. A simple apologetic statement showing understanding and care could have ended this situation nicely or better yet honor the hours of operation posted on the website. For reference even sit down restaurants who’s food takes longer to cook don’t have such a rigid last call to order policy. I would like to speak with someone who oversees the store at the address 1580 Space Center Dr

    I ordered a medium works with mushrooms only on half. Picked it up and the pizza was wrong. I ended up with a half a deluxe and the other half only mushrooms. I told them this was wrong and the said keep that one and the would remake the pizza. So I pulled out of the drive thru and waited inside. I guess it was the manager that asked what I had and I told him and stated that mushrooms were only on half of the pizza. They gave me the pizza, I should of checked it there, when I got home even though they gave me a large to make up for the mess up, the pizza was still WRONG. I just started picking of the mushrooms because I did not want to go back there.
    Then a month ago I ordered the same thing and went to pick it up. Ordered at 5pm and 5:50 pm still had no pizza. Heard the guy in front of me being told this new computer system has messed everything up and the are so far behind. So after waiting that long I just left and the person in front of me was still waiting. Herd his wife on the phone raising heck because the said his order would be ready at a certain time. This store needs help bad.

    Ordered Pizza yesterday by walk-in. Love you pizza BUT, while waiting for the pizza, the girl who made it was NOT wearing Gloves touching each topping and then spreading it out with her hands? Is this Ok? Well, I’d say not. Why are they allowed to NOT use gloves when preparing your food? Very concerning to me. I”m sorry but this should not be happening!! Please explain how this is allowed. I don’t think I want to go back there if this is going to continue.

    I been waiting over 2 hrs for my order, very upset.
    Idk why it’s late but then you charge a delivery charge and it’s over 2 hrs late, I feel your delivery charge should be reimbursed
    If the pizza is late cause that hurts the tip for the driver. In my eyes to charge us extra for delivery is a shame, pay the drivers more you all make enought money on the customers already
    This is my opinion.
    But always late delivery from Marco’s is making me think I’m going to pizza joes or papa johns.

    Call to order pizza girl answer the phone took my order my name he told me to be ready in 30 minutes I’m at work I don’t have time to wait waited 30 minutes walked in the store she told me she didn’t get to it I’m a brand new customer to Marcos but I won’t be back I’m going back where I can get a pizza and make it back to work on Time
    Very angry with Marcos pizza
    I have low blood sugar and needed to eat

    I ordered 2 subs for delivery on June 24 2021 from store #3510 a meatball and an Italian the meatball had so much sauce on the outside of the bread that it leaked through and saturated the wrapping on the sub , there was so much sauce on the outside of the bun you could not pick it up without getting sauce all over. The Italian had no cheese or sauce on it. I called and spoke to the Manager James the next morning, explained to him what happened he said he would replace the subs I asked that be delivered he immediately started to become rude and hateful saying if I wanted them delivered I would have to pay a delivery charge. I am not going to paying another delivery charge for your screwups. I hung up on him. I called back told him that I am disabled and don’t drive. He would not let me speak told me I was rude and I said I was calling cooperate offices he said go ahead you have no power I will just tell them you were just rude and hateful. Why should customers have to pay twice when the order is messed up.
