    Terrible company! Purchased a mattress (Purple)barely a year ago also bought a warranty, we are not happy with the mattress it pops and makes noise and we can barely sleep On it. we have tried to do a warranty claim for over three weeks and we get nothing but the runaround from mattress firm. it is impossible to get a hold of a human being that will help you, they all just send you somewhere else. stay away from this company!

    I bought a tempurpedic mattress in las cruces, NM from a whacky sales lady, professing she was a bible thumper and quoting scripture, Christine Bussey at the Lohman location. I asked her to deliver on Sunday and I waited till the cows came home and I finally called her and she told me I wasn’t even on the schedule. First red flag!!
    I got the mattress the next day after sleeping on the floor the nite before due to her error, Delivery guys told me she had never put in the order, The mattress that was delivered was stained and the men told me to tell her so she could order a new one. I did and she was reluctant to commit because she had to talk to them.

    I hated the bed immediately , WAY TOO HOT!! I still didn’t complain till 2 weeks later only to be told to come in and she would give me another one. I went in and tried a cheaper mattress and she proceeded to tell me it would be an even exchange. I choose one and she invoiced me for 3K like the first invoice and free shipping, because delivery men were supposed to pick it up anyway.
    It was like buying a cadillac and then switching to a Ford and she ripped me off over 11,000.00
    The whole time she is telling me what a God fearing woman she is.
    I came home and realized the charge so I looked for the same one online, to find out that it was $1100.00 cheaper. I went back and she got really defensive and finally gave me the online price but added &79.00 shipping charges..SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK UP THE FIRST BED WITHOUT SHIPPING AND NOW THAT DEAL IS OVER .

    MATTRESS FIRM IS THE WORST COMPANY, DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, PLEASE LEARN FROM ME AND OTHERS WHO HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF …LIKE THE PERSON BEFORE ME SAID, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A COMPUTER YOU DO NOT GET TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. I will be disputing charges. I suggest all of you dispute this scamming company!!

    Hi my name is Jesus nevarez and I was discriminated against in one of your branches today in berwyn IL I have a medical condition which I don’t like to disclose I feel that it’s humiliating to disclose my condition under HIPAA law I do not have to and your branch refuse to sell my merchandise from your branch and threatened to call the authorities with me and my two children there I was ready to buy a mattress for me and my kids I’m new to the area I can’t believe in this day and age we still have discrimination I going to pursue to litigation because I feel like no one should have to go threw this and face humiliation with there kids in a new town to get away from bad environment only to be discriminated against and having to explain to your children what discrimination is thank you for your terrible experience

    On May 14/ 20 Order Number WEB 0002403236 Hi everyone I have had the very same experience with Mattress Firm I ordered 2xl mattress and 2Xl adjusting base when they came to deliver the mattress were 4 inches to short so we did not except the items still waiting on refund even though they say you won’t be charged until items are delivered, this order was canceled so I went back on to Mattressfirm I thought I would give them a second chance that was a mistake
    On May 20 /20 ORDER NUMBER WEB0002520836
    So I went on several days later and ordered 2XL twin mattress and 2 XL adjustable bases I pay for them with a completely different credit card again it says on their site will not charge credit card until after items are delivered I get a notice that my items are to be delivered on 06/09/20 and that I would get a call before and email,with delivery date I haven’t received a call so I went on line to track my delivery it says it is to be delivered by 6pm on 06/09/20 but because I haven’t received any information to confirm this information I called their Queen Creek,Az store and to my surprise I’m told that my order has been canceled I have no idea why or who canceled and my credit card has been charged She tells me that she is the manager but can’t help me REALLY I all their corporate office and can’t get any one to return a call as before it is a phone maze telling you to fill out information online and they will get back to you with in 24 hours yeah right I would suggest that every one with the issues contact your Attorneys General Office as I’m doing one reason the false advertising bate and switch cause when I went back on their site the prices changed from their advertise prize on line when I got to the box to pay for everything another reason is their breach of contract saying they will not charge your credit card until you have received your items. I guess I should look at this in a positive way I’m not going to have to deal with a bad mattress and their warranty issues you know if you already having problems before you even get the items you have paid for LOOK OUT YOUR GOING TO HAVE MAJOR PROBLEMS IM going to every site I can to do a review of this company and paste this issue so no one can be ripped off thank you

    Hi! my husband and I purchased a queen size mattress (iseries) and it was too firm and under the 120-night trial we had, we wanted to exchange it for a medium mattress (a softer one than the firm). We bought the one we have now for $600.00 & a base for it and came home with it, came out to be $800.00+. Now, the exchange was being set up on Saturday, May 2nd. for the one we have now, we paid $218.00 extra for and what we thought the order was in for the medium one. The delivery guys show up to pick up the firm mattress but they don’t have our other purchase order!!!! They had told me that they have no order in at the Albany, Ga warehouse where the exchange was suppose to be going though. I was told to contact the salesperson before the delivery was made.. I called later that week.. he was off work, so I wanted and called the day before May 19th. He was off work.. both times I asked for him to call me back and he didn’t. This mattress order deal has been since April 17th. It has been a week. I understand that Covid-19 hit but there is simply NO excuse for poor service and lies! I am about to obtain a lawyer and file a lawsuit if my mattress I purchased for a complete total of $1036.00, there is no sense in this at all. On top of it all, as checking the order I have.. it states on the invoice that my order is a Serta iSeries Hybrid 500 14″ Cushion Firm Mattress. I didn’t ask for a FIRM, I wanted a Medium.

    To whom it may concern,

    I want to return three mattresses that I recently purchased.  I purchased two mattresses for our beach house and one for my home.  I decided to exchange the BeautyRest PressureSmart Lux Pillow Top (Queen) for a Bradford Plush Pillow Top Lengends (Queen) because the PressureSmart was much too firm for me as I have major back issues (spinal stenosis), of which I informed the sales person of.  So, I went into the Sand City store #502035 and tried various mattresses and decided on the Bradford Plush, a much more expensive mattress, and at that time ended up purchasing a second one for my home (King).  The Bradford (Queen) was delivered to our beach house in Moss Landing, CA, on 4/03/20, along with the BeautyRest Black Foundation Gen2 in standard size, and I immediately declined the box spring as it was much too high and would have the mattress top too high to use.  I tried calling the store where I made my purchase but there was no answer, which is understandable due to the shelter in place order.  Two days passed and my husband and I realized that the mattress was extremely soft, like nothing we have ever experienced.  We sank in the middle of the mattress and it seemed to have been previously used or defective because not only did the mattress sink in the middle but on the sides of the mattress the fabric was loose and formed a ripple. 

    The reason I believe that this mattress is either used or defective is because I also purchased the exact same mattress in a King for my home in Moraga, CA, and had already slept on it since it was delivered on 3/27/20, and my experience sleeping on that mattress was very similar to the one in the store and as I expected.  The two mattresses were unbelievably different.  I did however end up exchanging the King for a Cal King as my husband and I are tall people, and the Cal King was just as the king in quality.
    My problem began when I contacted the Mattress Firm Customer Care team.  I sent an email to explain the issue we are having with the Bradford queen mattress and received an email and call requesting documentation of the problem with the mattress, so I sent photos for review.  I received a phone call back and was told that my request was rejected and that the mattress is supposed to look like it does in the photos.  I was very disappointed and asked what my options were and was told that I can return the mattress but would be charged a 20% restocking fee.  I asked to speak with the supervisor making this decision, and was told that he would call me back soon.  I finally received a call back from someone but we had a bad connection, (which is typical for that area and had the same when I spoke with Brittany from customer care), and the call dropped immediately and that was it, I never heard back from Customer Care.  They did not try calling or emailing me after that.
    At this point I am extremely disappointed with Mattress Firm and the quality of service on many levels.  Firstly, from the start of me walking into a store and relating what type of mattress I was looking for and why.  I feel that the sales person never heard my concerns which caused me to have to exchange mattresses. Secondly, my experience with Mattress Firm Customer Care, it felt as though I was being accused of being dishonest and was trying to get something for nothing.  First of all, I wanted to exchange the Bradford Queen Mattress for the exact same, and I live two hours away in one direction from our beach house–I don’t understand why the MF Customer Care team thinks that my request is so unreasonable.

    I believe that when purchasing something that is going to affect my daily well being that it better be right, and that is all that I was trying to accomplish.  At this point I am willing to sacrifice any restocking fees because of the negative experience I had with the Mattress Firm Customer Care department, and want to return all my purchases and never do business with this company again.  I do want to mention that I have purchased all of our family’s mattresses from Mattress Firm and Sleep Train over many years.

    I did not receive the delivery as scheduled. The driver informed me that there was a queen adjustable base included in the order instead of the King adjustable head/foot base in the order. I will not accept items I did not order. You can refund my money if you are unable to provide the items I ordered. If you need to speak with me in regards I can be reached at 703-853-6523.       Buyer Beware! Do not purchase a mattress from Mattress Firm. There sales are bogus and they give nothing free. I purchased a mattress and was given a “free base” I didn’t even want or need. They will not let me return the free base and now want to charge me $499 for it because I want to return the mattress. The mattress I received felt nothing like the bed in the showroom. It is uncomfortable and hard as a rock. I am trying to return it. I was told by two sales associate that it wouldn’t feel the same as the one in the showroom because the beds on the floor are 2-3 years old which was not disclosed when I purchased the mattress. They refuse to give me a breakdown in writing on how they are coming up with the ridiculous figure I would get credited to my credit card prior to actually returning the mattress. I paid $1831.67 with tax for the mattress. One sales associate told verbally me I would only receive $800 another told me $700. You cannot reach corporate. It’s a phone maze. I’m going to social media and the news networks for help!!! Shop elsewhere!! I have found so many stores like Macy’s and Casper have no hassle and full return policies if you are not satisfied.
