I bought the Masterforce tool chest top and bottom a few years ago. The tool chests are 36″ wide and 18″ deep. i have not been able to find my original receipts. The tool chests are damaged and defective but they are covered with a lifetime warranty. I have been into the store where i bought this several times. The Menard’s card kiosk has not helped me find this purchase. Two of the drawer slides on my tool chests have failed, and i have tried to order new slides but there are no 18″ drawer slides “raise and release” available anywhere. Sometime since my purchase Menards has changed the tool chests that they are selling, and the 18″ is no longer carrying that tool chest in 18″ they only have 24″ deep and the manager cannot find any information about the 18″ tool chests. I am trying to contact your company to see if possibly someone has any record of when they changed from 18″ deep to 24″ deep. I really need a SKU for the two tool chests that i have so that i can try to find that purchase. Please let me know if anyone can get me a SKU for those other sized chests.
