    I’VE BEEN SHOPPING FOR CIGARETTES AND GAS FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND WOULD SPEND BETWEEN $300.00 AND $500.00 PER WEEK TRAVELING FROM AVA TO SPRINGFIELD, ST LOUIS WEEKLY AND ST LOUIS AND MANY OTHER PLACES. THE OTHER DAY I PURCHASED 2 CARTONS OF WINSTON 100’S AND BOTH WERE IN WHITE CARTONS ONE CARTON WAS RED 100’S AND THE OTHER WAS IN A WHITE PKG. I KNEW I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER WENT BACK AND THEY WOULDN’T EXCHANGE WITHOUT A RECEIPT AND I WENT BACK WITH THE RECEIPT AND BECAUSE 2 PACKS WHERE GONE STILL NO REFUND. CIGARETTES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE MY DAUGHTER AND HUSBAND BOTH OPENED A PACK NOT KNOWING THEY COULD NOT SMOKE THEM THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN WE ARE THERE EVERY WEEK 2 OR 3 TIMES. IF I DON’T GET THE REFUND FOR THE CIGARETTES MY BUSINESS WILL BE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. I TRULY BELIEVE YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS KIND OF SERVICE
