    I have been driving a Infinity G37 sport coupe since I retired 7 years ago – still enjoying the car!! I am very disappointed that you are supporting the NFL by advertising during football games. I am protesting the NFL protests and will minimize purchasing goods/services from many companies that advertise during NFL games. First, let me note that I am a strong supporter of the First Amendment and feel that open dialog improves the USA. However, the USA Flag, National Anthem, Pledge of Allegiance can be summed up by “liberty and justice for all”. Everyone should agree on that … period, end of discussion. The NFL should establish an organization/forum/movement/etc. for their players to express their opinion. Disrespect of the Flag and “liberty and justice for all” is unacceptable. The Flag on my home flys 24/7.
    Further, I am a lifelong Christian (Catholic), and believe in the sanctity of all human life. However, the Marxists Black Lives Matter organization uses anarchy to undermine US democracy and capitalism. I will not support anti-America movements or companies that align with such movements.

    Good Morning,
    To Whom it may Concern, My name is Betty Jackson, I am writing this in reference to the incident that took place on June 12, 2020 at one of your Nissan dealership in Mobile, AL. I went in there because the system was not registering how much gas was in the gas tank. When I put $10 in the tank I did not know how much gas was left in the tank so it was like a guessing game as to when to go the gas station to fill the tank again. The Service Advisor who help me did let me bring my car in the next day and ordered the parts that was needed to fix the car which he said came in late that Thursday so I had to leave my car there over night. I picked my car up on Friday, June 12, 2020. I thought I had no reason to check my car to see if it was in the same condition when I brought it in as when it was when they returned it to me. When I picked my car up I had no reason to open the back door of my car to look on the back seat. My lunch and books were in my sister’s car. When I got to her house I went to put my stuff on the back seat and discovered that the towel that I had covering the back seat was not there, I called and asked Jesse Sawyer what happened to the towel he said he did not know. I explained to him that when I brought my car in there was a towel on the seat plus one on the floor. My problem with that was with the statements that was made afterward. Mr. Sawyer kept telling me he did not know, that no one was on the back set, they had no reason to get on the back seat to get to the gas tank and no body steals at that company. I did not tell him I thought someone stole the towel he said that. Then he made the statement “IT WAS JUST A TOWEL’. HE DID NOT OFFER TO ASK THE PERSON WHO WORKED ON MY CAR IF THEY MOVED IT OR NOT. I AM NOT UPSET ABOUT THE TOWEL IT’S THE WAY HE HANDLED THINGS. LIKE I SHOULD NOT MAKE A BIG DEAL ABOUT THE TOWEL OR THE WAY MY CAR WAS RETURNED TO ME. HEE MADE IT SEEM LIKEI WAS LYING ABOUT THE TOWEL. THE TOWEL ON THE FLOOR WAS NOT SPREADED OUT LIKE I HAD IT EITHER, THE (CAPS) THAT WHAT I AM GOING TO CALL THEM AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BACK SEAT ONE OFF. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY HAD TO GET TO THEGAS TANK TO FIX IT. BUT I STILL BELIEVE THAT SOMEONE WAS ON THE BACK SEAT OF MY CAR. I CALLED THE SAME DAY AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR A LAWANDA HECTOR, LOYALTY MANAGER AND AS OF 12:03 SATURDAY, JUNE 13, 2020 NO ONE FROM NISSAN AT THE MOBLE, ALABAMA HAS GIVEN ME A CALL BACK WITH AN ANSWER ABOUT THE TOWEL. ALL I ASKED WAS ABOUT A TOWEL ON THE BACK SEAT WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND MR. SAWYER TOOK IT TO ANOTHER LEVEL THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. TO YOU THE TOWEL MIGHT NOT MATTER BUT IT’S THE PRINCPLES. REALLY IT MORE A DISAPPOINTMENT IN THE SERVICE THAN ANYTHING. I HAVE BEEN COMING IN THERE SINCE 2009 THAT WHEN MY SON GOT ME THE CAR FROM THERE AND NEVER BEEN TREATED THAT WAY AND HOPE NONE OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE RUN INTO THAT KIND OF TREATMENT. HOPE THAT’S WILL BE THE LAST TIME I AM TREATED THAT WAY BY ONEOF YOUR EMPLOYEE. ALL THEY HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT;S GOING ON AND ANSWER MY QUESTIONS THAT I HAVE. TREAT ME WITH RESPECT.

    I have a lovely 2018 Nissan Altima that is fun to drive, good on gas, and adorable. HOWEVER, I purchased a new iPhone 11, to find out that your Apple CarPlay is not compatible with it. Please either upgrade your Apple CarPlay for Nissan or switch to another brand of Apple CarPlay, so that I can use it. It is a wonderful feature, and I am very disappointed in Nissan that this has happened. Had I known, I would have purchased a different auto brand. Please fix this problem. Thank you.
