    I placed an order online and then called and canceled it and told me my bank account will be refunded.
    Made another order and I only got part of my order. Checked my bank account and I was charged for the two orders. Called customer service today 12/1 and was told my first order was never canceled. They tell me there is nothing they can do since order was already shipped and I should get it by 12/8/2020. I get an email today telling me my order was delivered. Checked my front door and cameras and nothing was delivered.
    I call customer service again and they tell me to wait until the 8th and if I still haven’t gotten anything to call back.
    $143 has been taken out of my bank account and I still don’t have the complete second order and the first that was never canceled I never received.
    Customer service is horrible, they seem to tell you anything just to get you of the phone.
    Never ordering online from old navy again and I want to see if I get my money back

    The Old Navy website for online viewing and shopping is the most confusing and bewildering site I have ever been on to shop!!! I mentioned this to your in-store personnel and they agreed that even they can’t seem to navigate it.
    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !!!
    DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!

    I ended up having to go into the store to take care of business but it should not have to come to that for something so simple.

    Also, why can’t items be ordered and picked up at the store? Especially if all stores are out of stock?

    I made a purchase of face masks on May 18,2020. I did not receive them because they went to an old address that I have not lived at for 6 years. They were supposed to be adult size. I tried calling customer service and the chat. But all I got was the chat was closed, when I did it on days they were open. Also got hung up several times calling to customer service. They were too busy to handle the calls, it just hung up on me. All I want now is a refund. I will not buy anything else online. Can’t take the risk that it won’t be delivered properly. I understand that with the Covid-19 pandemic, things are going to be slow. The case that no one is answering the phones to help me is not optional. I will still buy Old Navy items from the stores. I will always be a customer. But right now, I am not a happy customer. Thank you.
