I am a shut-in. I have no transportation and I live alone. I am hard of hearing so I won’t call PNC. I am glad I found the e-mail address here.
I am locked out of my account, it seems someone is trying to get into it. I tried to e-mail the security team through their e-mail to me but they didn’t answer after I explained my situation.
Would you please unlock my account so I can see what’s going on.

My name is Sherry Y Grimsley I have been with PNC bank for a while. I deposited two checks and when it cleared I made a wire transfer to pay a lawyer, that didn’t happen because they locked my account now I can’t pay my bills. It’s my money I don’t care where it came from it cleared. I have direct deposit and can’t touch that either, they are telling me it can up to 30 days I don’t have 30 day my bills are due now. They won’t tell me why they are reviewing my account what kind of mess is that, when all this clears up I am going to another bank because I don’t like the way I have been treated. I will not advise anyone one to bank with this bank. This is my account I should know what’s going on with it. They tell you you have to wait five days I did that and turn around and tell you you got to wait ten days the check was in my account. I need somebody to tell me what is going on with this bank . I’m so disappointed with this bank. Please if anyone is interested in banking with this bank I advise you not to. They get a thumbs down from me.

PNC bank allowed over $ 7300 debit to my account and now they say it will be 90 days for the Dispute to be resolved. They will tell me nothing. They do not care about their customers

    Good evening,
I have been a customer for over 20yrs and it’s unfathomable that my credit card limits have been reduced by half twice.
My payments are 99% on time
    Salary 6 digits
And because I used my credit cards for house repairs my limits are decreased?
Not only does it affect my card utilization as well as my overall credit.
I have received consultation and have been advised that it can be considered discriminatory.
No one that I have spoken to have been treated this way from their financial institution.
Instead of helping me further to increase my overall credit , Pnc has worsen my credit by lowering my credit limits and raised my card utilization even though my payments are on time.
I have submitted a corporate complaint because this is absurd.
I am a homeowner that has 100% on time payments for over 24 months as well as my car payments 100% on time .
There is no excuse except that I am being discriminated by the Pnc institution.
I would like this issue resolved immediately or I will look to bank somewhere else my I am appreciated and where I can grow my credit.
Over 20 yrs and this is how I’m treated.
    Sincerely,
    Disappointed customer for 20yrs GD

As a customer of PNC bank in Lakewood, Ohio I am highly disappointed about the lack of interest from Ms. Alley or Allie in returning my phones calls. After calling her several times on different dates and leaving her messages to please call me back since I had taken 2 days off from work to care for my personal business she never return my call. The 4th time I call PNC bank I was transferred to a region office located in Colombia. When I spoke to the person I knew right away that I was talking to some in a foreign country. PNC bank needs to get it together an hire people with experience in dealing with customers problems, issues and misrepresentation/and behavior from PNC managers.

    My Name is Lisa Robertson,
I have been trying to get a mortgage thru PNC bank for over 60 days now. They approved me at 5% Conventional so I put an offer in on a house and then 30 days later they tell me I must go FHA because my credit score is not good enough. Well PNC Bank, how did you approve me at 5% down Conventional then???? This is the second approval at 5% down Conventional since July 2021. Now they are putting me thru the ringer with a bunch of extra huge fees for appraisals, water test, foundation check, well location diagrams that had to be re-done because PNC Bank’s incompetence. The first appraisal was for 5% Conventional at the cost of $650 dollars, then they tell me I must go FHA. So, PNC bank had to go back to do another appraisal at the cost of another $650 dollars for an FHA loan. Then because of a disclosure from the sellers saying unknown water leak in the basement which was from the bladder to the well was leaking, PNC Bank demanded to go out a 3rd time to check the foundation at the cost of $695 dollars. So, PNC Bank is wanting me to pay them $1995 for appraisal fees!! Say what?? Is that ridiculous or what? I refused to have an inspection done on my behalf in the first place because I refuse to pay some person to tell me what I can already see.
Macomb County in Michigan’s law demands the sellers to do a water test to sell their property. There was an issue with the placement of the well. In Michigan law the well is within code but not in code with the Federal law. So just before Christmas I tried to find out then if we needed another water test done and it took PNC bank almost 2 weeks to tell me NO we did not need another test done. Now PNC Bank say we DO need another test done. I had to pay this person first $95 to re-draw by hand the location of the well which she did from home and which she had already done. Now I must pay her again today to go back to the house to do another water test. I have no idea how much she will charge me for this yet??
So, PNC Bank is telling me the holdup is because of the Holidays and HUD guidelines. I first contacted PNC Bank (which has been my bank for over 10 years now) about a mortgage back in July on a different house, so this is not a mortgage that just popped up yesterday!! I put in an offer on this house on Nov. 7th and I was told by PNC Bank that I can tell the seller that we can close within 30 days. It has been over 60 days and we still do not have a close date yet!! PNC Bank expects me to pay $1995 for appraisal fees, I had to pay $95 for a second hand drawn sketch of the well location for approval for a waiver, now I have to pay, I have no idea how much for this lady to go back out today to retest the water that has already been done.
I cannot believe the incompetence of the mortgage department at PNC Bank and they expect me to pay for their incompetence!!!

just t My first order went well. The second order I tried to place for delivery was a nightmare. The card I have used to pay for just about all of my Walmart purchases is now considered suspicious and flagged. I called my bank prior to calling the nightmare customer service call center based in Columbia. My bank advised me that they did not flag the account for suspicious activity. I then call Walmart’s customer service number. I spoke with a rep that I could barely understand due to the language barrier between us. I tried at first to explain to her that I wasn’t fully understanding her. I asked to speak with someone else that I could possibly understand better. That request was of course was denied. The rep tried at first to tell me it was my bank who flagged the payment. When I advised her that was not the case I received a story that I really had an issue following due to the language barrier between us. I asked her to connect me to a manager and advised her not to leave me on hold for 20 minutes only to come back and say one is not available. I explained to her I worked in corporate in the past and that tactic is taught to customer service reps. Needless to say I was put on a brief hold and advised the manager wasn’t available. No surprise there. I gave my phone number to the rep and waited a short period of time. Knowing that if the manager even got my message, I wouldn’t be receiving a call anytime soon, I called back. In hopes of getting a rep that I may understand better. The second reps accent was worse. I then asked to speak to a rep that speaks English. Allegedly I was finally connect to the manager. Who was understandable but equally useless. He advised that my card was flagged and would be flagged permanently due to the suspicious activity of me adding to my order with my own card. Imagine that. I asked if he could have my account unflagged. According to him it was not in his managerial capabilities to do so. Or he just didn’t want to be bothered who knows. I was advised billing handled the issue. My issue was I wanted a refund with in 24 hours not days due to their incompetence. There was no way I was going to pay with another card when I was already waiting on a refund on the same purchase. Of course the so called manager was also not capable of removing the flag so my purchase coul s the major inconvenience, your convient service is supposed to provide.

I am a 20 + year customer of BBVA that was just sold to PNC. What a dumpster fire this has been. One of my three accounts was not longer accessible, the three accounts were no longer linked together and on line Bill Pay was not available. Those are just a few of the nightmares I have endured. Unfortunately, the staff at my local branch are flooded with similar complaints and have not had adequate training to function in PNC’s computer system. I would strongly recommend that corporate pull their head out and get the branch staff some help. No wonder PNC is rated a B+. I doubt they deserve that high of a rating

I’ve had a business bank account with PNC for over 10 years. As part of most business, online banking is important, especially transferring money externally into employees 401K accounts, however, the past 3 weeks, they have a major bug. I get an error message “Call us to remove Hold on profile”. I’ve called at least 6 times now, twice they claimed to fix but still get same error message. And of course, can’t get a hold of anyone to actually fix their bug. I’m to the point of closing all accounts with PNC and moving on to another bank/Credit Union. Their customer phone support is horrible. Today I was transferred 3 times, only to have them hang up on me. Is sleepy Joe Biden running this company?

PNC is the biggest joke of a bank. I hope they go belly up. Nobody can figure out how to establish my BBVA imported accounts in my online profile. I spent 8 hours on the phone last Thursday, 2 hours on the phone Friday. Finally I spoke to a native English speaker who agreed that my case would be escalated and a manger would contact me “soon”. Today is Wednesday and nobody has contacted me. Almost 2 weeks with no access to my online banking. Trying to run two businesses. Who in their right mind thinks its a good idea to roll things out in this manner? There’s probably nothing PNC could do to keep me at this point. They’ve made it quite clear customers are just numbers in a portfolio.

I have been waiting for 6 weeks for someone to contact me from PNC. All the employees say someone will contact you! I have been dealing with the Calabash NC office the employees do not follow procedures and just change accounts to suit the person sitting in front of them. I have reached out to different branches and get the same response ! The branch manager is also a VP thats very sad! Watch you money closely folks!
