Beware – the Popeyes on MLK near Parsons has signs stating no face mask in the dining room no service; however, from their backdoor the employees can be seen without masks or gloves. Seen in line – the woman working the window had a mask but pulled down only covering her chin. Constantly speaking to the customer – I pulled out of line not wanting to risk exposure. If you tell your customer they have to wear masks – should the customer expect anything less from the employees?

I entered the popeyes store here mountain home ar. as usual they were busy. A young lady named Jo Anne was
busy taking and filling orders. Another woman named shelby was busy talking to a woman of color at the drive thru area. JoAnnje went to, shelby 4 times to get her to come help her, and was totally ignored each time. Shelby did however once turn around and seen me and 2 women standing waiting to place our orders. Shelby then walked away from the front and went to the back of the store. She return with your to go boxes to fill storage for them, not that the shelf was NOT empty to start with. Then wile JoAnne is working shelby takes a pan to the back, still ignoring customers. I asked if the manager was available and JoAnne said yes and called a man named Cody came and stood at the end of the chicken counter and looked at me. I asked if there was anyone that could help out from? He looked at me said NO and walked away. shelby came back, dropped a pair of tongs again to back she goes. the back to the front she comes, the whole time JoAnne is trying to get caught up. shelby finally took my order and I waited for it to get done. JoAnne apologized but I told her it certainly was not her fault. If they can not handle the drive thru and the walks in then the need to close the inside back down. And cody’ attitude towards me was nothing short of him being a smart butt to be nice. Courtesy goes a long way. and shelby needs to be talked to about her actions as well as cody short smart answer. thanks for listening.

I went to Store number #3229 on December 05, 2019 @ 3:16 pm . Not even busy I was the only customer in line . I ordered a Classic Chicken sandwich meal dry with extra pickles with the drink to be a sprite with side as a fries . Then I ordered a kids meal with a mild chicken leg with a sprite and fries . The chicken meal was $7.99 and the kids meal $3.99 . But the lady named Areali stated on the intercom that they were out of small cups for the kids meal sprite . I stated the drink comes with the kids meal . She then said rudely like i said i don’t have small cups so you will have to pay an extra 51 cents for the drink . I stated no its not my fault you all are out of small cups . So she then stated do I want it or not . She argued with me for 8 minutes. Finally I drove up and she never came to the window. She had a young man get my pmt and he stated it was $15.47 and then handed me my food then lastly my less than half cup of sprite for the kids meal with no straws . I asked for the corporate office and manage name . She said Lorena and a lady in a blue button up stood there but said nothing . She looked like the manager . Then I told the boy to give me the corporate phone # . He gave me my receipt with a name on it Zammy Seaver 512-952-1144 . I have left several messages and no return calls still as of today . So i am sending this message hoping to get resolution. This is all the time me and my kids go here since we live down the street. Always rude and unprofessional. Not to say inside is filthy . I want something to be down immediately . I also want a full refund the leg was also spicy and it was for my 2 year old granddaughter . She couldn’t even eat it ! My phone number is 512-769-3491 . Not to say i was charged wrong as well . See attached receipt he gave me.They never gave me the corporate office number I had to google it. I also am the one who wrote on the receipt for my notes .

Worst Experience EVER! I placed my order at 6:03PM. I could clearly see plenty of Staff, and plenty of chicken. After 40 minutes without my order I asked about it. I was told chicken was ready they would get my sides together. after another 15 minutes and nothing I asked again, I was told I’ll check on it. Finally after another 10 minutes I finally said I wanted a refund. after another 10 minutes waiting for my refund they finally started bagging my food. I get home at 7:45 PM opened everything up for family dinner make plates sit down to eat and the cherry on the top! My son has the hugest hair fried in the chicken skin of his first bite! Grossed us all out. I attached my receipt, My order was large however this service was unacceptable and ridiculous and to top it off a HAIR!! Really.

Y’all have got to do something with this Columbia Louisiana Popeyes they serve old dried-up hard chicken the biscuits are hard as a rock they’re like hockey pucks you can throw them on the ground and they won’t disintegrate I’m very unhappy with my purchase last night we have to drive 45 miles to Monroe Louisiana to get Popeyes because this one in Columbia Louisiana store number 4670 is just not good. You would think spending $22 on the family meal you would get good chicken and good biscuits but it’s not the case here in Columbia somebody has got to do something

    To Whom It May Concern,

I will turn 35 years old next month. I had never been to a Popeye’s Chicken restaurant before today, in my life. So, after picking up my fiance on our lunch breaks and hearing her suggest we go to Popeye’s, I figured since I love chicken and had never been there before, it sounded like a good idea. So we headed for the drive-through at the Riverhead, New York location located on Rt 58. She ordered a number eleven, if I remember correctly. It was a fried shrimp meal that came with a choice of side. I chose a number four, I think, a four piece chicken meal with a side of Cajun fries for $9.99+ tax. She requested a Dr. Pepper, and I a Coke. Upon placing our order at the drive through intercom, we asked for sauces to go along with our meal, and were told that we are supposed to ask for that at the window upon paying for our order. We then proceeded to the window where my fiance used her debit card to pay for our order which was $21 and some change, and asked politely for both tartar sauce for her shrimp and barbecue sauce for my chicken. This is when the attendant passed my Coke through the window and informed us that it would be some time before we received the Dr. Pepper, but “not too long.” After waiting several minutes, the same attendant came back to tell us that we would have to choose a different beverage because the Dr. Pepper was not going to make it to us, after all. This was fine, as it was no issue for my fiance to switch her order to a Coke, knowing that restaurants run out of soda or have mechanical difficulties all the time. Not a big deal. Once the second soft drink did finally arrive, there was more soda on the outside of the large cup, dripping all down the sides than there was inside of it. This led to soda dripping on the leather interior of our car, and us having to ask if we could have the cup wiped down before giving it back to us. Upon receipt of our meal, we noticed that our bag was missing the barbecue sauce that we requested, so we politely reminded the attendant that we had also asked for that sauce along with the tartar. We were then told that my four piece chicken meal does not come with any sauce and we would have to pay extra if I wanted any, at 25c per item. At that moment, I was looking at a schedule posted on the drive through window which indicated how many packs of sauce are to be expected per number of chicken tenders in an order, before being expected to pay an additional charge. Three chicken tenders was to come with one sauce, while an order of five tenders gets two. After referencing that chart and asking again politely for a pack of sauce, we were then told that the chart only applies to orders of chicken TENDERS, and since my chicken has a bone, I am not entitled to any sauce, “per management.” We were not told at the intercom, nor were we told BEFORE using a debit card to pay for our lunch that we would be charged more money if we wanted sauce for my chicken, and therefore proceeded to pay without question. As my fiance was not comfortable with an additional charge on her debit card, my only other recourse if I wanted to enjoy my lunch would be to break a $100 bill for a 25 cent pack of sauce. I asked to speak with a manager and was told “he’s busy, if you wanna wait over there, you can wait, but he gonna tell you zacktly what I just did.” Both of us needed to return to work, so waiting to the side of the restaurant, only to be continually disrespected by management, as we were by the staff, was not conducive to us making the best use of our small amount of shared free time together. So, I proceeded to pay, with my $100 bill, for one pack of barbecue sauce, receiving $99.72 in change, because I was also charged tax on this precious commodity that apparently isn’t covered in the $10 i just paid for four small pieces of chicken. We then left, frustrated, angry, and with no desire to eat the food we were once looking forward to just ten minutes prior. After dropping off my fiance, I went back to work and attempted to eat my lunch. I ran out of sauce on my third piece of chicken and didn’t finish my meal, because I don’t enjoy chicken without any sauce. The unfortunate thing here is, I genuinely enjoyed the chicken and the Cajun fries. They were delicious. We both really liked the food on this day, but unfortunately at this moment neither she nor I have any intention of ever returning to one of Popeye’s locations, due to the experience we had at the drive-through today. We will also most likely share our story with anyone who will listen, or whenever someone brings up Popeye’s or any particular experiences pertaining to fast food drive-throughs. The loss of our patronage will obviously not cause Popeye’s to bankrupt, and I’m under no delusion to the contrary. However, the continued implementation of a business model which serves to alienate customers and cause people to lose their appetite, just might. I’ve made it 34 years, 11 months and 1 day without ever having dined at a Popeye’s restaurant, and today’s experience, on the sixth of September, 2019, may have just ensured another 35 years of going to KFC and reminiscing about Roy Rogers. I can be reached on my cell phone at 631-655-2507, or by mail at 141 Bay Avenue, Greenport, NY 11944. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

P.S., This is the first and only time I have ever contacted the corporate offices of any business due to
complete and utter dissatisfaction with the service I received. The last hour would have been
much better spent actually working while in my office, than writing this letter.

HOUSTON, Texas (WPVI) — Houston police are searching for a group of people who demanded Popeyes chicken sandwiches at gunpoint Monday night.
Authorities told our sister KTRK-TV that two women and three men stormed the front door of the restaurant with at least one weapon.
They had just been told at the drive-thru window that the store was sold out of the popular sandwiches.
An employee was able to lock the doors before the five could get inside.
The group left a baby inside their vehicle as they tried to enter the restaurant.
    There were no injuries reported.
Police are trying to develop descriptions of the suspects.
