    Good Morning Rushcard, my name is Jahdel Jackson. I went to Kroger on June 16, 2020 located in Savannah, GA and made a purchase for $46.66. After the payment, something told me to check my balance. I saw $8.79, someone took out over $1600.00 from my checking account. My transaction detail had EIGHT atm withdrawals of $202.95 plus a $3.00 atm fee per. I clicked on each individual transaction to see the location of these withdrawals and they were from Publix Super Mar5997 StirDavie FL, US. I asked myself how can someone in another state get accessed to my account and withdraw that amount of money within seconds. I reported this incident to the Rushcard customer service on June 17, 2020. They sent over an Affidavit of Unauthorized Card Transactions, I filled it out and uploaded back online. I been calling every day since to check the status of the Fraud Investigation that’s happening with my account. I alerted them, I have bills and a family to take care of. That money that was STOLEN out of my account was my PERSONAL HARD EARNED money I go to work every day for. During this worldwide pandemic of Covid-19, I cannot go another week without my funds being back in my account. Being an Army veteran and Human being, I should not be treated like this. I deserve better protection and security on my account to prevent incidents like this from happening. Rushcard suppose to be FDIC protected, there’s no excuse.     I’ve been trying to contact someone from Rush I’ve called over 50 times within the last week regarding my stimulous that’s was sent over a week ago..my acct from rush has been closed for over a yr but the irs sent my stimulous to the acct so I was wondering if they sent the direct deposit back
    .I was a victim of identity theft so I’m just try9mg to make sure nobody else got my stimulous it would be greatly appreciated if someone could just say yes or no or even help me to figure if rush sent my stimulous back..8m trying not to call my local news station but this is really getting hard and you only want to ow if you’ve been robbed or not!!!     I have been a victim of identity theft and cybercrime. I have made several attempts to reach a rushcard agent in regards to the issue at hand. I will not be banking with rushcard anymore. I have been a member since 2012. It is sad that not one agent is available to answer my call it keeps saying call back later. I am on a fixed income and for someone to steal from me and I cannot get in contact with a rushcard representative is beyond frustrating at this point. I want my dang on money put back on my card. I have called every rushcard number and it all says the same crap call back later.

    This company has one of the worst customer service departments in the world. As soon as my money hits my account I will definitely be closing both my husband and my accounts. Our deposits have not hit our account and we can’t get in touch with anyone to see why. There are hundreds of people on Facebook that are going through the same problem and more and nothing is been done. This is crazy. The world is facing a crisis and on top of that we have to worry about if/when this company is going to deposit possibly some people last check.

    It appears that this company does not even read these reply’s as none of the other customers have received answers but I am going to leave one anyhow because I pretty ticked. The “escalation process” with has company is a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Ive been with Rush for 10 years now and my account was recently compromised with unauthorized transactions. As a result Rush indicated that I must receive a new card. On 1/16/19 Rush sent the new card to an INCORRECT address. 4 rep’s have confirmed the card was sent to the incorrect address but informed me the acct must be escalated internally for a Supervisor to confirm the very same information, allow 24-48 business hours. It has been a week now, Ive spoke with 4 additional rep’s who informed business hours as in 8-5pm, not including weekends. Yesterday, 8 days later I received an email with a Case ID# to reference for my inquiry. I called again this morning, referenced my Case# and was informed to allow AN ADDITIONAL 24 BUSINESS HOURS FOR RESOLUTION. Once confirmed, I must allow an ADDITIONAL 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE CARD TO BE “EXPEDITIED” TO MY CORRECT ADDRESS. I informed the rep that I have been off of work now for 3 days due to their error and I also have no food for my children to eat. The rep placed me on hold to speak to a Supervisor and I have been on hold now for a total of 2 hours and 57 minutes…UNBELIEVABLE!!! No supervisor nor rep has came on this line to inform me still waiting, still checking, NOTHING. Ive never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. I am a Supervisor myself for a large health care group and I am APALLED at how this company is handling their escalation. Customer concerns nor satisfaction is a priority to them. I am physically visiting the corporate office today to have this addressed. Am also placing this review on every site that I am able to put the word out about how this company handles their internal issues/errors and escalations. These reps cant think outside of the scripts that is before them or the printed processes they are given to read. As soon as I have access to my funds I am withdrawing every penny and going with a local bank. I would advise any current and potentially new customers to do the same. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE

    I need to immediately speak with an agent/rep of rush card. This doesn’t mean a rep who cant speak English or unable to understand my issue as I have been recently dealing with. I need a real phone number not a loop loop phone number. When funds are deposited I expect safety and security that’s become an issue. Someone needs to call me at 215/964/3545
