    Virginia Beach Ocean front Hotel. I booked this room for over $1500 for 3 nights for myself, my kids, and my best friend that has terminal ovarian cancer and her son. It was most likely the last time they would see the o wean together. I booked Sheraton knowing it would be top notch service. WRONG. We had no air conditioning for two days and nights. We requested house keeping EVERYDAY and never had anyone show up to clean or rooms, change our sheets, nor give us clean towels. Our trash was over flowed and we had no garbage bags to change it ourselves. We called front desk atleast three times a day begging for help. On the third day someone came to “fix” the air. It only cooled to 75 degrees after it was fixed. It was 80 the rest of the time. The outdoor pool was closed due to a repairs and the indoor pool did not exist even though it was advertised with an indoor pool. We asked for toilet paper and we were finally given 1 roll the last day and as we unwrapped the paper a bed big fell out. I have photos of EVERYTHING a and I am asking to be reimbursed for this stay!!! Front desk did not even care about our complaints. I chose Sheraton for its good reputation and I wanted my friend to enjoy this time with her son. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. When I was leaving this I was not the only one complaining!!! It was that bad! People were furious. Help your customers PLEASE!!!!!


    I am extremely upset with Sheraton Denver West. I was charged $1641.60 even though my reservation was modify #466575 on 03/22/2022. I was told by a Sheraton rep that I would have the charge reverse right away by after speaking with my bank it could take 3-5 business days. I was also told from a Sheraton rep that I would receive an email with a free night stay for the inconvenience and still have not received that email. I am 1050 miles away from home with limited funds because of this and now I have to figure out how to budget so that I can feed my children and put gas in the rental. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

    Good day,
    I reserved two rooms in Four points by Sheraton Makkah Naseem from 10th of February 2022 till 11th of February 2022 through Reservation no: 3818684060.
    I called the reservation one day ahead to confirm attendance. I came at hotel late which is usually in Makkah and my reservation is confirmed in booking but the hotel canceled my reservation!!!
    I was very tired because I just finished Umrah and the night reception manager was very rude and instead of resolving issue he was very rude and say bad words on me.
    Sheraton hotels were my preference choice world wide but with such bad dealing and he doesn’t care, you can complain anywhere!!!
    I am looking for your feedback and your correction action.

    Good Morning,

    I booked a room while I am deployed to the Middle East thinking I was going to be home in a certain timeframe. We got told last minute that we are being extended by 2 months. When I booked the room I did goof up and select a non-refundable room. At the time I thought it made sense to book it since I thought I would have been home in time. Also, why would a room be non-refundable if I booked it two months in advance? That doesn’t make much sense to me but anyways, is there anyway I can get this fixed? Thank you for your time and any help would be greatly appreciated

    I am highly disgusted! We arrived at Sheraton Atlanta hotel tired due to an early flight. We paid for early check in and immediately went in the bed. We later noticed the sheets had blood on them! Also noticed trash from previous guest was left in the bins. I took pictures for proof. I called the front desk and spoke with manager Njan. She waived the parking fee/early check in fee and moved us to a new room. Five minutes in the room and we noticed brown residue on the sheets. Spoke with Meg (housekeeping manager). She stated they would move us to a third room. We waited for her to return. 30 minutes later we were placed in yet another room at 1:10 pm. Meg said we would get a credit for one of the four nights. Njan later called and said they can only give a credit for the parking and early check in fee.. We booked  via and tried cancelling the reservation but, it is non refundable. I would never stay here again so any credit left over or provided would be useless. With covid going on it’s disgusting that housekeeping are not washing the linen nor cleaning the rooms. I had to purchase cleaning products and clean the room myself. I expect a response from corporate regarding this matter.

    I am writing to inform you that intend to pursue a claim for damages. On July 17 I checked into the Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek in Ft. Lauderdale for 3 nights. On July 18 I woke up with several red itchy spots on my wrists and hands, which I thought were mosquito bites. On July 19 I woke up itching on arms legs and head, by the end of the day I was itching from head to to. On returning to the hotel around 9 30 pm I found my bed was infested with bedbugs and went down to the front desk to complain. I would like to be compensated for my inconvenience, pain and suffering.

      My son has been iching since he stayed at the Atlanta location on top of this issue they keep charging my account for fees even though i’m not staying there. They been coming up with dumb excuses since i checked in. If you have the corporate number that works please let me know. Thankyou

    I recently stayed at your hotel, Sheraton Brookhollow Houston, Texas in July. I was informed when I made the reservation that a locals rate was available. We live in Houston and needed a place to stay with our dogs because our AC died.
    I was aware of the $50.00 non-refundable fee for the dogs. What I have an issue with is being charged twice for it. Our dogs NEVER had an accident or damaged to the room of any kind.
    They used the nice little dog park that was on the premesis by the pool. This is evidenced by the fact that you can clearly see myself on several of your hotels cameras taking my dogs out for a walk and to go to the bathroom, even at 3:00 am in the morning.
    We travel extensively with our pets and stay at many pet friendly hotels. We have never experienced and issue with any hotel with regards to our dogs.
    The blatant attempt by your establishment to overcharge a customer is reprehensible. Why offer a locals room rate if you are going to overcharge?
    We have never stayed at a Sheraton hotel before. We will never stay at one again! Even if there is only one hotel in town and it’s a Sheraton, I’m driving to the next town!

      They charged me a security fee everyday, $100 I stayed. I stayed for 10 days and had to go downstairs everyday to ask, why? My 72 year old mother Had knee replacement so I didnt want to make her relocate. I checked out on the 15th and they still charging me.
