I just purchased my 4th Camry and I have Toyota for the last 25 years. The problem I have is the dealership. I just
purchased 2019 Camry SE model. The financial department trick me into purchasing car care service plan and the road hazard tire and wheel coverage. He had told me the price and I first denied it. But later in the process when he was telling me what my monthly payment would be I was told for a dollar more I could have that coverage and he just keep repeating “for just a dollar more”. When I went to sign those forms he again said the same thing “for a dollar more”. My mistake was I did not look and just sign the paperwork. When I got home, I then found out what happened. The next day I called the fiancé guy who “helped” us and cancelled the car care service plan and the road hazard tire and wheel coverage. He sent me the cancellation form which I sent it back to him. He told I had to wait 4 weeks for my money which never happened, I emailed him again and another cancellation form was sent and he told me that he again sent the form to the warranty company. Again 5 week and no money and I email him again and told him I was getting mad because I was not getting my refund and he told me to call the loan company. The loan company was never aware of the dispute nor heard from the warranty company and suggested to me to call the warranty company and talk to them. The Warranty Company told me that they have never received any cancellation form from the dealership. So the financial guy was lying to me for 3 months knowing he never sent the forms and just stringing me along hoping that I will just give up? WRONG!!! You tried to pull a fast one from the wrong person!!! FOR PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN WEST CENTRAL FLORIDA STAY AWAY FROM SUN TOYOTA!!!!

I have called three times talking about my 2009 Toyota Camry LE 4T1BE46K99U855159 that there was a bulletin sent to original owner regarding the oil consumption with the engine. When I found out I was told the stipulations were 10 years or 150,000 miles and I had 150,025 when I found out. Now I have been putting 2 quarts of oil in my vehicle every two weeks and Toyota says they can do nothing for me. I just don’t don’t think its fair not being notified sooner and that the bulletin just goes to the original owner and I missed out on a free engine but other people reaped from. The pistons are bad and its going to cost min of $3000 to repair that I don’t have close too!! Now what ???

I am very disgusted with Toyota, I have a 2008 rav4 and it was recalled in 2014 for a back wheel problem, now it has went out again and you refuse to fix it, I had 80,000 mile tires on it and they wore out at 28000 because of the wheel problem being out of line. I can’t put new tires on until the wheel is fixed and I don’t have money to fix it as My income is $10,000 a year. So what do I do?
