    My husband and I went to the US Bank Drive Thru location on St. Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton, MO. We were cashing my husband’s check. We included a piece of notebook paper that asked for specific denominations as we are getting ready to travel and needed nothing greater than $50 and so asked for 10 $50s, 10 $20s, 10 $10s, 10- $5s and 9 $1s. First, we were not waited on in the order we arrived. A person next to us arrived after our transaction had already been sent. The other person was immediately acknowledged and her transaction (a deposit with $100 cash back) was taken care of first. We had not yet been recognized and suddenly we received a completed transaction. My husband opened the carrier and there were 5 loose $20 bills and a receipt for $300 deposit. He called the teller and she apologized and said our transaction was on the way. We were worried that our transaction (substantially more cash than $100) would be erroneously sent to the other person. It was not. We opened the envelope to find 5 $100s, 4 $50s, 5 $20s, 5 $10s and 9 $1s and the original note we had sent with the check. We thought that maybe this wasn’t our transaction but we counted it and it was the correct amount. We were very flustered by not being greeted, being served out of turn, receiving the wrong person’s transaction and now the wrong denominations. She didn’t even tell us if there was a reason she couldn’t give us the denominations we requested (this has happened before and we were given the option of how else we wanted the money). We wanted you to know that this bad service occurred. We should have gone back in to the bank to get the correct denominations or denominations that we could use, but we were too flustered. We each counted the money twice to make sure it was the right amount because the denominations were wrong and threw us off. Thank you.

    I hate US Bank. I’m a customer treated horribly. They won’t wave an overdraft fee even though they caused the problem. They all have NEGATIVE attitudes. Can’t even contact corporate offices. They made sure of that!!
    I encourage EVERYONE TO SHUT DOWN THEIR ACCTS!! That is the only way they’ll learn!


    Been with Chase since the 90’s and decided never to leave CHASE again. Chase will waive fees and treat customers like valued customers!!!

    Today Feb 11th 2019 I had a rather unpleasant experience at your Redmond branch (Redmond Way) WA. My daughter received a US Bank check ($67) from Cascadia college as a refund (over billing). Well, she does not have an account – the school should’ve send the check on my name as a parent that paid the initial bill. I thought, OK, since I have a business account with US Bank should be no problem to cash it or deposit it without any fees. I took my daughter with me, I explained the situation and this “stiff” lady teller tells me she will have to charge me $7 for cashing it. I said look I am your customer, can’t you wave the fee? Nope! she said. I thought can we deposit it? Nope! it is business account. I walked out frustrated that she was unwilling to accommodate me in such a small matter by waving the fee. I would understand the fee if I did not have an account with US Bank, but for God’s sake, I am your customer, and you treat me like a stranger. I would give you guys an “F” for this kind of attitude. This business 101 sure to drive customers like me away.
    Very disappointed!

    I sent you my fraud concerns with my 2 checking accounts and I get a comment that “Your email address will not be published. Required fields are marked”. I completed the required fields. Did you getmy comment and my concern that there may be fraud on my 2 checking accounts.
