I would like to file a complaint about the hours Monday through Friday 10 AM to 6 PM at the pharmacy, in Pontiac Illinois. My husband was standing in line around 515 5:20 PM and there was people ahead of him and people behind them and at 6:00 PM they shut the Pharmacy down and did not service the people that were standing in line waiting for the prescriptions. What are people supposed to do if they are sick and need these prescriptions? I was sick and it was almost 24 hours before I could get my medication on Wednesday 12/28/2022.
