    I bought an air conditioner around August. It was defective. I returned it. I bought another, the exact same model. It works fine. I got my first Walmart billing statement. It had both AC’s on there. I called the customer service number and explained what happened. They asked did I have proof of the return. I had the receipt the truck driver had given me and said so.
    Long story short, I called 3 times and every time, the person would tell me there was nothing they could do, the receipt was not enough proof. I was angry. So, I cooled down. The next day, I reached a person higher up. She told me my complaint had escalated. Wow, really?
    She heard my complaint and told me it would be removed from my account. It was and I rejoiced. Then the next month, it was back on there! So I am being charged for 2 AC’s. No one answers any written complaint. Do they even read them? I will never again buy anything large there. Unforunately, I have to buy my insulin and syringes there because the cost of the insulin rose tremendously and I couldn’t afford the $500-$600 charge at my preferred pharmacy. A pox on Walmart!

      My Walmart is zip code 43056. They are double charging customer for items. Must check receipts closely. Most self check out stations are red lighted and don’t work. Regular cash register lines are mostly shut down. No employees. Hundreds of customers can’t get checked out. Target is right next door.

    I am not an employee of Walmart. I am an everyday customer. I am 76 years old and sympathetic to the many seniors who work at Walmart. Many of our local retail stores allow their cashiers and greeters to sit on stools to do their job. This is practical, reasonable, does no hinder production, and is ergonomically a great idea. Senior employees often have health issues that would greatly benefit from this ergonomic solution. Example: All of Aldi grocery store cashiers sit on stools to do their job in a very effective way. Their productivity is measured every day by the total number of items they check out. The stools they sit on help them get through day comfortably and with a better attitude about their job. Please reply with your comments about this great idea.

    be warned Walmart gets away with things i found that out 5 years ago i was accused of shop lifting. which never happened and found that the store did not have any manager on site he works at three different Walmarts and they rely on security guards to run the store. my attorney and a detective found out they had to retire suddenly from the Avon police department in Hendricks county. and was fired from three stores around. he did not let me leave the store first which was against the law or the bank to call to see if the purchase went through. i had help three times at the self-check-out. they sent mer to another. and did not ease the purchases from the broken canner that the security guard said it stole. he had no witness no other cashier saw he sent a video tape to another store which he broke the law and Walmart did to ,in fact, this happened many times at the same Walmart i was banned from that store charges were filled and then the attorney contacts the Procter office and charges were dropped. i never went back to Avon Walmart Indiana again according to the law in Indiana a full time manger at each store 4 and 5 people walmart employs at every check out. and they can not stop you from say you shop lift until you leave the store and if i had a rescpit they can not say it ethier

    Since July 30, 2022, I have talked with Walmart customer service people (Boris, Eduardo, Efrin, Juan, Tara)….all have said they were
    sending my concerns to the billing department. I would know something within 24-48 hours. I have heard nothing about my refund.

    On August 19, 2022, after talking with the supervisor Efrin…..she told me I would have to go to the Walmart in Chapel Hill to discuss
    my concerns. So on August 20, 2022 I traveled 2 hours to Chapel Hill and went to customer service. I talked with the Walmart
    customer service agent Ms. Glinton. We talked with Walmart customer service agent Tara at ( 800-925-6278). Ms. Glinton said that
    all return items are sent out within 24 hours or they will be fined. We also talked to FedEx and the tracking number on the receipt
    was invalid. I talked with the seller Kenny ( phone # 702-518-7552) whose name is Certified 2 Day Express. I asked him why he would
    sell this computer to Walmart that could not be updated……his response was it was for uploading photos. The computer description
    did not give this information…….if it had, I would not have purchased it.

    I feel the returned computer either got lost or someone at the Chapel Hill Walmart took it. FedEx never received the computer.

    All I want is a refund for $320.99 on my Visa Credit Card. I feel I am being held hostage.

    I am a very unhappy person with this company after shopping with them for over 30 years I have called send emails and letters and have gotten nothing but the run around from them. I need help for some of the things I buy to help with my rent. I put it on my credit card and all I get is a total and not a print out of the items. I have forgotten how many times I have called and wrote to them and no help. You may a few that know what they doing but I not sure of that either. Also the company who deleiver is for the birds. I live in apt building on the second floor and am on a walker they drop the items outside the building and don’t let you know it has come. Any one could come by and pick it up. We have a call box outside but do they take time no way. They used to bring it your door. When you are on a walker it is very hard to go down and try to get your items back upstairs. I hope I wll some help from ASAP as I need it now.

    I am extremel;y disappointed that when you order something from WalMart on online, you are really dealing with a third world country. I ordered three XL adult shirts and when they came, the quality was horrible and the shirts wouldn’t fit a 12 year old. It was very difficult talking to someone in a third world country who barely spoke English. He did nothing he said he would and I had to call again and speak with someone in Mexico. Not that you care, but you have lost a customer.

    e lived in a lot of places and states. I have been to alot of Walmarts. Most of them are good stores. However, the one in Big Spring, Tx. 79720 is the worst store I have ever gone to. First, the let dogs in that are not service dogs. There is dog hair everywhere. And FLEAS! I get bit by fleas. Shelves are not stocking and when they are cans have rim dents.     I purchased an item at the Walmart in Mount Pleasant Pa. It was to be delivered to my home from this Walmart, which is 7 miles from my home. The first attempt, the driver said he delivered it, which he did not. When I called the store, I was told he could not find my address. I told them if the driver had an issue with my address, he could text me and I would help him with the directions. Today I got a text from the store that they had to cancel my order due to delivery issues. I have had plenty of items delivered to my home from the same location, no problem. What is your policy to rectify this problem ? I order a lot of items from this store and from your website, with no issues. I need some answers because I enjoy shopping at your website and store location. If I don’t get some results, I will have to order from other websites and stores.

    I ordered a vanity for my daughter Christmas, we put it together and the mirror was broken. I called Walmart they sent shipping label that was filled out wrong. So when fed ex came to pick it up they charged me a bill for over a 1000$ . The shipping should be paid by Walmart. I have called for months and have been promised it would be taking care of and then I receive another bill. The customer service people have done nothing but lie pretend they are helping then nothing. So basically I’m doing Walmart and fedex job. Going back and forth for months. I’m filing a complaint with consumer reports, better business, and if it doesn’t get taken care of then I’m calling a lawyer.

    I have always ordered redbull and recieved on my ebt card tonight it tried to charge me on ebt i contact help and i was given several different answers when i would confront on what was said. i had a previous order tonight and it had redbull in it. and your order tells you ebt or not mine all showed ebt as always i explained to him i just recieved order with it in it. he informed me that they only had 6 left and thats why i was being charged i told him no sir if they have the qty i want i either do not get them or i get what they have even if not all of them. then he told me its because of the one i ordered i was to be charged it was different than what ordered before and no it wasnt then he told me to look in cart he had changed my order prior to that removing the watermelon red bull saying that was the one i said ok then why are the other two still showing ebt by the end of the conversation he told me to go look again he had removed all redbulls as ebt elegible i told him nice trick and that i would be contacting corporate on this matter i had also given him 2 other orders that had redbulls in them he said he couldnt find them. AND showing taxes on my order to ebt not taxable so now i have concern on past orders

    My first order went well. The second order I tried to place for delivery was a nightmare. The card I have used to pay for just about all of my Walmart purchases is now considered suspicious and flagged. I called my bank prior to calling the nightmare customer service call center based in Columbia. My bank advised me that they did not flag the account for suspicious activity. I then call Walmart’s customer service number. I spoke with a rep that I could barely understand due to the language barrier between us. I tried at first to explain to her that I wasn’t fully understanding her. I asked to speak with someone else that I could possibly understand better. That request was of course was denied. The rep tried at first to tell me it was my bank who flagged the payment. When I advised her that was not the case I received a story that I really had an issue following due to the language barrier between us. I asked her to connect me to a manager and advised her not to leave me on hold for 20 minutes only to come back and say one is not available. I explained to her I worked in corporate in the past and that tactic is taught to customer service reps. Needless to say I was put on a brief hold and advised the manager wasn’t available. No surprise there. I gave my phone number to the rep and waited a short period of time. Knowing that if the manager even got my message, I wouldn’t be receiving a call anytime soon, I called back. In hopes of getting a rep that I may understand better. The second reps accent was worse. I then asked to speak to a rep that speaks English. Allegedly I was finally connect to the manager. Who was understandable but equally useless. He advised that my card was flagged and would be flagged permanently due to the suspicious activity of me adding to my order with my own card. Imagine that. I asked if he could have my account unflagged. According to him it was not in his managerial capabilities to do so. Or he just didn’t want to be bothered who knows. I was advised billing handled the issue. My issue was I wanted a refund with in 24 hours not days due to their incompetence. There was no way I was going to pay with another card when I was already waiting on a refund on the same purchase. Of course the so called manager was also not capable of removing the flag so my purchase could go through. Because that would be to simple. He advised me that I should call billing. I advised him since it was their error that maybe he should call billing and connect me to them. Only fair since it was their error. Of course billing was not in. I could no longer deal with with the incompetence and hung up. I will be canceling my monthly subscription. Thanks again Walmart for canceling my order, expecting me to pay for the order (if I want to receive it) twice until refunded, for having reps that are hard to understand since English isn’t their primary language, as well as the major inconvenience, your convient service is supposed to provide.

    Walmart is a joke. CSR do not know what they are doing the ones on the phones and in the chat rooms. Over the last 3 days I hven spoken to 7 different people and they all say upper management will be in touch with you before the end of the business day. I have not heard anything. On Wednesday I had groceries delivered and I live on the second floor of an apartment building. I also stated that in my app for delivery and that I need everything left at my door. I just had neck and back surgery so I am not able to lift anything over 2lbs this is why I did this. Why would they send someone that could not carry the items upstairs and tell me to ask my friends or family members to come do it. Once explained to the CSR they said well we will refund your money. I said ok. Long story short no money has been refunded and no one is calling back or reaching out in anyway. With that being said I will no longer shop at Walmart nor will my family and friends and all the chat sessions I was in I copied and now they are going to be posted on social media, just to show how Walmart treats its customers. I will be shopping at other grocery stores and anything else I need I will get it off Amazon.

      I’m Currently experiencing similar issue, I had Brain Surgery and I had to uber to get groceries delivery wasn’t a option. 51 minutes waiting in store I left with no groceries but in the hole for ride expense. 4 hours total waiting in store or on phone plus missed work which I’m limited to be able to and then call told 3 business days till I hear from manager. $65 dollar in ride fees on a $45 order, plus $180 from work opportunity I missed. I just want reimbursement. Like its hard enough calling to have to ask because of being in that position but I’m battling regaining my own memory it’s hard enough. I loved Walmart but why am I not good enough to be loyal or rewarding to

    Do not pay for a monthly subscription for grocery delivery. You will never experience a day that they will have all your items (unless it a very short list).     I ordered a 42” tv online from Walmart and was sent a 37” tv. I called and they said send it back and they would send a replacement. I sent it back as I was instructed. The replacement came and it was the same issue. I called customer service to let them know it’s the same 37” tv not a 42”. At this point I just wanted my money back so I could go to the store and purchase the tv I wanted. The replacement was sent back and I have the confirmation where both have been delivered back to them and signed for. My issue now is that after speaking with several customer service representatives about crediting my card there is a real problem because no one seems to know how to initiate the process. It didn’t take no time to charge my card but crediting it is. I called them again today spoke with Jonathan he transferred me to Jessica who was supposed to be accounting that stated she couldn’t credit the card because the system would not allow her and I would have to take it up with my bank. I need Walmart to credit my card ASAP. It’s sad when one has to deal with false advertising and get the run around when it’s not their fault.

    I ordered a refrigerator on 10/6/21 and it never got to me. It was a damaged item that fedex returned to walmart on the 10th. walmart.com customer service told me that it was pending delivery, my order said it was delayed in shipping, but the fedex tracking showed it went back to walmart. After several phone calls a customer service rep did a replacement order at no cost . Was told it would be delivered today 10/14. Status on my Walmart account is saying pending return of original item. I NEVER GOT IT!!!! Talked to several more customer service reps who were useless in finding a solution. Then talked to a guy who refunded my order, which I told him I didn’t want a refund, I want the refrigerator. Now I have to wait 7 days for the refund to be processed so I can order another one and wait for it to be shipped?????????????? I tried to call Walmart Corporate offices and they divert me back to the walmart.com order customer service line and there is never a good resolution. Walmart cares nothing about their customers, they think they so big that they can do whatever they want!!!!!

    On 10/2/21 I ordered a refrigerator online because I don’t have a vehicle large enough to buy it the store. It said 2 day delivery but quickly noted it was delayed. Only it wasn’t really delayed, it was damaged in shipment and FedEX never tried to deliver but rather shipped it back to Walmart. Walmart.com customer service reps are in third world companies and they are difficult to communicate with. I finally got someone who spoke decent English and she saw that it was returned and did a replacement order on 10/12/21. I was told it would be delivered on Thursday 10/14/21. But now the order status is saying it is being prepared, PENDING receipt of original item. HELLO???? I never received the item and the original order clearly states that. So I call customer service back, the guy told me to just wait and see if it gets delivered. I say NO, it already says it’s Pending so why should I wait, I want this this ASAP so please fixed it! He comes back and tells me it will be delivered on the 11th day of the 2nd month. What???? I asked for a supervisor but that is all I got. I called my local Walmart and they told me to call 1-700- Walmart. That number does not exist. I told them I didn’t want the same number which was 1-800-925-6278, so I guess that person, named Taylor McHenry (first he said he was a coach and when I asked for the manager he said he was the manager), he must have thought that to be slick, to give me the same 800number but put 700 instead of 800. Walmart has my money, why can’t I have my refrigerator????? Why can’t anyone make that happen.

    I am a customer of Walmart (Columbus, Ms.) and have been for years but I have stopped going in the store for anything. I HATE these self checkouts. As an older lady I can’t stand there and check out 2 to 3 items at a time, then bag them over and over. There is no room to put your grocery bags, you have to fill a bag one at a time then place in the buggy. Not a very well thought out design. And all the employee’s that’s standing around at the self checkouts could be at the regular checkout register. I’m not being paid to check out my own groceries and items, that’s why you’re supposed to have employee’s for that. You’re taking away some ones job who’s trying to feed a family. You could at least have more than 1 regular checkout line open for people who don’t won’t and aren’t able to use self checkouts. And the employee’s that are there look so down hearted, you never see anyone that looks happy about their job, I can understand why. I understand trying to save money but this is not the way to do it. And I hate when you do try to find something in the store, it’s never in the same place, why in the world do you keep moving everything around, I’m not able to walk over the whole store trying to find something, elderly people aren’t able to do that, which is why I order things online. It’s so frustrating trying to hunt something when it’s not in the same place as the week before. I hear other customer’s in the store complaining about the same thing. The customer’s used to be stores main concern, you don’t see that anymore, no one cares about the customer’s thoughts and opinions and ways to make it better for customer’s, I guess those days are gone. And as far as shelves being empty for almost a year, I think the consumer’s need to know why! I can understand allot probably has to do with Covid, but let people know if it is or not, can’t even order items online, which is what I have been doing for the past year or so. It’s not just food it’s everything. I’ve started going to other online resources for items. Walmart used to be a great place to shop, not anymore. And if you finally do find an employee to help you, they can’t, they don’t know anymore than I do. Half of them I see standing around look like they don’t even want to be there, it’s really sad. There is a grocery store here that keeps everything in the same place so when you go in there you can go right to what you’re buying. I talked to the owner about it, he said he would never move things around in his store, he said it wasn’t right for the customer’s to have to hunt for items in the store and he never would do it, very smart on his part and I thanked him for it. He cared about his customer’s and how they felt about it, that’s what I call good business sense. If some of the stores keep going like they are, they’ll loose allot more money than what they are now. Poor Management and no common sense on how to run things, as my dad always said, I agree.

    My husband & I have notice the Ames, Iowa Duff Ave- Walmart employee’s are obese, heavy set, body odor, look sloppy, lack of modivation, rude, walking directly toward me & not move, when I’m coming with a cart, I had to move out of this over-sized, obese female employee, she is definitely a liability. Carts in the way-when no employee’s are around, too much merchantise in the aisle’s where customer’s cannot get around.
    Carts lock-up when u can’t get them to the cart corral.
    The same cart I left, is still out there in the parking-lot-in the sticks!

    I had several encounters with customer’s I feel threaten by at the South Ames, Iowa -Walmart.

    1. A Female was waiting for me coming out of the South Duff Ave- Ames, Iowa wanting my cart with my grocery’s.
    She even wanted to walk with me to my car.
    I got rid of her!

    2. A male customer ask me, ‘what kind of perfume I was wearing’ He stated, ‘that’s nasty stuff’ I guess I stink!
    (Tabu)

    3. A Asian male customer-with a white mask was behind me on the big belt self-check-out with only 5 items & he was just on top of me when I was checking out with my 30 items.
    I couldn’t even move!
    That’s not social distancing!

    4. Today, Obese, Over-weight Female Walmart employee didn’t even bother moving when I was coming down the aisle with my cart.
    SHE WAS JUST HUGE! SHE IS A LIABILTY!

    THIS IS A COLLEGE TOWN-IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY-AMES, IOWA!

    AND THIS WALMART ON SOUTH DUFF HAS POOR PISS MANAGEMENT!

      Are you REALLY complaining to Walmart because of the CUSTOMERS that shop in their store?? What in the hell are they supposed to do about it?? Ban all males who don’t like the smell of Tabu perfume and all Asians because they make u feel uncomfortable?? Did you ever once stop to think that the problem here is YOU??

      Just because an employee is overweight it doesn’t make them a liability, as you stated numerous times. Are overweight people not supposed to have jobs?? Based on your complaint alone, I wouldn’t doubt the slightest bit if it was YOU who refused to move out of the way when you saw the overweight employee coming towards you.

      People like YOU are the problem in this world. To actually have the audacity to complain about an employee strictly because they are “overweight” and therefore a “liability”, is disgusting. To complain to a company about the customers that shop in their store is hilarious!!! Maybe you should add yourself to the “threatening customers” list that you started. And buy some new perfume while your at it. The customers around you think it stinks. I’d hate for one of them to get online and complain to the corporate office about the nasty, judgemental, holier than thou lady who wears Tabu at the Walmart on South Duff!!

    To whom it may concern,
    I couldn’t understand the logic of the Walmart policy. One Walmart was running a add on its Web page for a Cuisenart Grill, and ran out of stock, but then would not honor the price when I went to buy it on line. So I decided to check another Walmart they had this type of grill in stock, so I spoke with the person in charge of Lawn & Garden. I asked if Walmart does price matching with other Walmarts, I was informed that they don’t due price matching at all per Corporate Policy even with other stores. What kind of a Corporate Policy is this, 95% of my groceries are purchased at Walmart.

    I am concerned about my Walmart account as I cannot order anything from the Walmart online website because of a “Returns Violation”. This is because I have reported numerous orders or parcels from Walmart that were either not delivered or they were taken perhaps from someone in my apt building. I am aware that this happens here at my apt building and have provided on my “address line” that “recipient must sign for parcels”. I have signified this to avoid theft and complications. However FedEx and UPS were not acknowledging precautions and would leave our parcels and packages anywhere they wanted or where they can be stolen. Because of this I am not able to further order anything as Walmart has imposed a “RETURNS VIOLATION” on my account. This is truly unfair to me as I have done my part to avoid theft by making it clear that my parcels must be signed for. I want the “RETURNS VIOLATION” cleared for normal ordering as I have been told by my building manager that all parcels are NOW placed in the “office foyer” unlike my apt building foyer, where they are now safer however this is no guarantee that my parcels will be safe, yet they are safer. PLEASE REMOVE THE “RETURNS VIOLATION” FROM MY ACCOUNT.

    Thank you for providing the covid vaccine. This 61-year-old grandmother would probably not have ridden the bus to and from physician to get the shots. My neighborhood Walmart is within walking distance and the pharmacy staff was so professional. I’m grateful Walmart offered this service; really appreciate it.

    I am.going to be talking about the Walmart in Carroll Iowa. No one stays for long periods of time and all ways working short on night shift. The day boss whoever the hell.she is needs to go. This is why your employment and rehiring is constantly needed. The other teams within the store are belittled and torn down until they can no longer take and self esteem is destroyed. I hope more will come forward soon and not just walk away as to reason why they left. When u see and hear what goes on it is very worrisome. None of the stockers need treatment like this. She yells everyday at coach as to why things are not done and does not look.at whole picture to as of why. Usually do to multiple call outs. When coach tells them they are working there hardiest is told not good enough. Treat like robots. Makes coach stay and work after shift for extra 3 hours on own to finish pallets. Hope this is addressed soon for all Carrol Iowa workers. Not many applying so better take care of the good ones u have they are not a dime a dozen. Need to do better. Just also want to state this has gone above this manager months ago nothing done and still continues. Why will you do about it cooperate?

    Walmart is the worst company I have ever dealt with as a customer & employee!! Managers clock employees out and let them work the rest of their shift unpaid and give them 2 points for clocking out early and then wont do anything to fix it when it is brought to their attention and then will threaten to fire the employee because they have too many points (6 hours I worked off the clock)! Walmart Managers will constantly threaten to fire their entire crew because they expect them to be robots and do the work of 3 people (happened every single night at the last Walmart I worked at). Walmart works their employees full time hours but won’t give them full time status or benefits (At one of the Walmarts I worked at, I worked 40 hours a week (sometimes 48 hours or more) for 14 months and they refused to give me benefits until after I got sick and complained that I couldn’t go see a dr because they refused to give me benefits and I was way over my points because I was in bed for 5 days, so I had already lost my job, and they back-dated the insurance to make it look like I had insurance before I got sick and couldn’t work, but by then I wasn’t sick anymore and didn’t need to see a dr other than to get a note for work that a doctor wouldn’t give me because I was no longer sick), or won’t give them enough hours to live on, but expect them to be available 24-7(at the last Walmart I worked at, 1 week I would get 40 hours and then the next 3 weeks I would get 24 hours, and they would change my schedule at the last minute and not tell me and then give me points if I didn’t show up because I didn’t know I was supposed to work)! Walmart takes employees earned PTO to pay them for holidays without letting employees know first (every time I had earned PTO, they took it to pay me “extra” for working on holidays). Walmart has one of the worst discount programs for their employees (who turn around and spend a large portion of their paychecks right back into Walmart)!! Employees keep customer items and customers are told to deal with it, or they double charge customers (can’t tell you how many times I have had this happen). Most Managers are lazy and just stand around laughing and talking while they watch everyone else work (happened a lot at the last Walmart I worked at, I rarely saw the managers actually working)! Managers definitely pick their favorites and treat everyone else like dirt. Most Employees are rude and won’t help customers!! Walmart in-store shoppers do not put in effort to find items and replace items with stuff that is not similar, or they will pick moldy fruits and vegetables and wont replace, or they only send 1/2 of the customer’s order and then tell the customer they can come pick up the rest of their order that they wanted delivered for a reason and then take a week to get the customer a refund. When a customer has a large package of filled jars falls on their foot and splits their toe open, Walmart takes several months to tell that customer that it was not Walmart’s fault so they weren’t responsible (this happened to me a few years ago, split my toe wide open). These are only a few of my personal experiences. I could go on and on for days about things I have witnessed other people go through as employees and customers. This is not for any specific location either. This is almost every Walmart I have been to as an employee and/or customer throughout the US. I spend $10,000-15,000 a year at Walmart, and I will not spend another penny at Walmart.

    Hello Im a frequent customer and buy GV brands of numerous items. I bought 2 containers of dip. 1french onion 1 ranch. When I got home I opened the ranch dip and found a big chunk of what looks like mold ball in the container. Looked gross and I do have picture Just want to see that the packaging plant is notified and clean their machinery appropriately. It’s definitely disgusting. 🤢

    VERY UPSET WITH WALMART IN PADUCAH ON HINKLEVILLE RD. IT WAS A MAD HOUSE TODAY ,CUSTOMERS TRYING TO GET OUT, THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE CHECK OUT OPEN !!! LINES WERE BACKED UP SO LONG FOR SELF CHECK OUT PEOPLE WERE LEAVING THEIR CARTS AND WALKING OUT .CAN’T WALMART AFFORD TO PAY FOR CASHIERS ??
    PEOPLE IN PADUCAH FEEL LIKE YOU ARE PUSHING THOSE SELF CHECK OUTS ON US, SOME JUST REFUSE TO USE THEM, I FOR ONE. AND ELDERLY PEOPLE. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ?? IS WALMART JUST THERE FOR THE BUCK? PEOPLE IF IT WAS MESS TODAY TRYING TO GET OUT, WHAT WILL IT BE LIKE DURING THE HOLIDAYS? SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE MR. WALTON!     Why are the shelves empty at most of the store’s in my area of Melbourne Florida. I buy Walmart brand of wet cat food my cats love it, there’s none on the shelves and when I try to order online, can’t ordered they are out. For a couple of months cat litter was no ware to be found, the shelves are bare or very little on them at all the stores. This is seriously a problem

    I have lived in a lot of places and states. I have been to alot of Walmarts. Most of them are good stores. However, the one in Big Spring, Tx. 79720 is the worst store I have ever gone to. First, the let dogs in that are not service dogs. There is dog hair everywhere. And FLEAS! I get bit by fleas. Shelves are not stocking and when they are cans have rim dents. Another hello for the health department. The employees stand around on their phones are talking to each other. If we ask for help they are rude. Never a manager to be found. Why is this store not managed like the other stores?
