We contracted for a small remodel. Salesperson guaranteed an installment date ahead of company coming. Said they could not ‘reach’ us to schedule because our phone app spammed their number but they had our address AND email address. Missed the promised date and rescheduled. Date and technician arrives and finds the salesperson ordered the WRONG tub for the space. Tech had driven nearly 2 hours to our house. We asked for our LARGE downpayment back and was told ‘it’ll be a while’! I don’t know too many people who can do without $1000+ these days waiting for a big company to return it. So many screw-ups…this company should have IMMEDIATELY overnighted this refund to us. It’s OUR money they are holding for now going on THREE WEEKS. Was given a story that the checks can only be requested on Wednesday and then wait another Wednesday for the company to process and mail out. It was 100% BATH FITTER’S mistake. Beware. For every day I don’t receive my check, I’m posting on consumer review sites.

It seems nearly impossible to get our bathroom completed. It is almost impossible to get the Newark Ca. office to return calls, Our Bathroom is half finished, delays after delays. All We Want is Our Bathtub Fitted as Promised in a Timely Manner. We were told the work would be done by May, near Mothers Day, Now we are approaching the 4th of July and still we are waiting.. We Are So Displeased with the service received from the Newark Branch. I just wish some one would respond.
