My 9yr old grandson and I had a very bad experience at a Marriott in Bethlehem,PA. We were there because my granddaughter was born on 8/1 at St. Luke’s. There were Ants on one of the beds; everywhere. We were moved to another room only to find ants the next morning. TV remote did not work. Two calls to have the batteries replaced. I ended up taking the remote to the front desk to get a replacement at the front desk persons request. Spider webs all over the small balcony. No towels brought into the room on day 2. I had to find a housekeeper to get towels and ask for the trash to be emptied. I’m very upset that I had to pay for this kind of service. I will not be staying at or recommending Marriott Hotels in the future.
Please send me the corporate email address. I have had a very traumatic event at a Hampton Inn. I need to explain and include photographs. It happened in August and I have have not been able to handle reporting this since then.
