My name is Carlos García and I am an Audi’s client since a couple of years. In 2021 I bought in a Dealership in Orlando, FL; named AUDI South Orlando, the vehicle was an Audi Q5 2021 brand new. Everything was very good with that vehicle and service.
Now I gave a second chance to Audi and bought a Q4 2023 Prestige Package and everything is a nightmare. Although the process of the transaction was very professional and the service crew are very good, there is a problem with the air conditioning gas and the vehicle is as of today 3 month continuously in service with no date to be repaired. I am paying a new car and that car is more time in service than with me. Service crew explained to me that the gas wasn’t able to be reached and we have to wait more.
I am very disappointed and I don’t want that car anymore. I went to the dealership Audi of San Juan, an authorized dealer of Audi, where I bought the car and explained to the manager that I want to change the car for another Audi in the dealer. I am writing to you with all the respect asking for your help and asking to please have a discussion of my case with the manager of the dealer and helping me to change the car for other Audi.

Bought two audi q5 in 2021 and in a new car the sos car malfunction came in and it cant be repair audi dealor said to bring when the light came on and they dont even take walk ins and the time come for the appointment the sos light goes away please someone have any idea how to permanent reset it
I purchased a 2022 A6 in January, it now September and the back up camera is acting goofy says the service technician. Made an appointment to have it fixed on September 15, the tech called and said they checked it out and stated they needed to keep the car to have the wiring checked. It’s September 22, I called to get the status of my vehicle and the service department can’t find the technician that had it.. I wonder if my car has even been looked at or if it even at the dealership. They don’t have loaner cars and I’m having to rent a vehicle and I have a brand new automobile. What’s going on with Audi?
On 12/18/2021 I took my Q5 to Audi Gwinnett (GA) for oil change, rear brake replacement, and tire rotation. After spending thousands of dollars, I discovered that my brakes are now making a squealing noise! This is unacceptable! I called the Service Department, and talked to someone name Johnny Bell (not his real name), and Aziz. Johnny was totally unprofessional. I believe he gave me the wrong name because they did not want to take responsibility for their error. The tire pressure is not calibrated correctly! My three-year old son was in the car with me. To think that this company put my life and my son’s life in danger is incomprehensible! The staff at Audi Gwinnett made light of my concerns, and showed me that I am under valued as a customer! As you will see from other responses on this website , Audi’s customer service is a JOKE! The center blasted rap music in the lobby! Toyota dealerships would never behave in this manner. Think twice before buying an Audi! I am truly disappointed at this point!

I bought my wife a 2020 Audi Q5 in July know Julio from finance lie too me added 2,000 on sticker price I bought car for 39,998 he added 2.000 making it 41.998 he said charges me. An extra fee which I found out Audi is charge that fee from Santa bank not the customer he lied too me and my wife he caught them he tried too offer me a check from his personal checking account of 1,000 dollars which is unexceptionable he said my office is video tape to come in and listen too tape I said ok he change the conversation again he stole my money this is a scam that Audi is running on customer if my money is not returned too me our credited to my account I’m calling the news channels I’m hiring an attorney
