Autozone is a fraud and a scam. Customer service does not exist. They should call the customer service group the try to protect Autozone group. The only thing I was able to get from them is I’m sorry. Autozone still has my money and they never did have the part I ordered. They stole my money and I have nothing for it. Autozone is the definition of fraud and thievery
I was in Clarksville,Tn. on Jan 11,2023. I am not familiar with this town, and needed directions to get back to my destination. I stopped at numerous places, only to be more confused. When I stopped at a Autozone, that is by an auto dealership, there was an older gentleman who was very helpful and courteous, even wrote directions on paper for me. I again want to “THANK YOU” to him and that store. I shook his hand when I left!!!
Worst service ever , this new crew , makes you feel stupid , loud music playing , arguing with them two at a time , they lie , there never at the counter , they disturbingly yell around the store , tell you stuff I sent there and won’t look it up ,
tazewell tn once again saying you got the part go out there no they didn’t have it they wouldn’t lie be treating me like this could of told me on the phone they didn’t have it that twice I wastes gas going out there trying to get a part they say they had fo out there 5 minutes till close they lock the door saying they had the part then the next not be nice to have good co customer service be nice to have some one out there that could help you they lost over 100 sale in 5 minutes
I sent my daughter to autozone to get her battery checked not only wouldn’t the manager let them check in she wanted them to just go ahead and install a new one the manager wouldn’t let the attendant do that either, she went ahead and bought the autozone gold battery and brought it to me 10 minutes later she had a new battery installed in a 2016 edge and on her way the manager at this lake charles louisiana store on lake street has no business in that position as he told her it would take at to long to change the battery and they didn’t have time myself personally would have not purchased their battery and I will personally make it my commitment not to buy anything from them or send anyone else their way, this is poor public relation when they advertise they check batteries and also install them then refuse to do what they advertise. To many good parts stores around this town for that.

Hello can you tell me if there is a autozone near 45133 that takes old antifreeze. Thanks I tried Hillsboro they wouldn’t take it

Autozone treats their employees like crap. They offer questionable health insurance and the employees have to take it. Disgrace full and disgusting!
