Good afternoon Mr Grimes and fellow colleagues. I’m contacting you in regards to how your staff members treat other employees that are not from (Wisconsin District Center) your place of businesses. Upon me literally making it to work today at 8:56am I literally stood outside almost 6minutes waiting to be buzz in by the security guard. Then when I did announce unto her the company whom I was working through she automatically informed me that there wasn’t any more work available and that they had enough people for the day. This is the 2nd time within this week’s time frame that the security guard has been telling people that there’s no work available and they can’t go downstairs unto their work stations if they already know exactly where to go to. Not only that if the event itself is suppose to start at 9am on time, I would gladly like to know why do the events always be occurring around 10 or 11am each day about things but I’m being told to come at 9am , I would like to know how am I late if I arrived at 856am standing outside in the rain 🌧 getting myself sick for a company that shows favoritism within their employees. If you’re not a regular employee through Levy the staff members treat you like you don’t even matter at all and pure trash. That’s wrong💯. Some of these employees like myself are being fired and (DNR)told not to come back to work for speaking out about how they’re feeling regarding matters and I don’t feel like that’s fair under constitutional rights. A person has the right to voice their opinion and ask to speak unto their surperior that’s in charge in regards to matters. I have been working at your place of businesses for 10 years through the temp agency and all I seen within my time frame of working with your company is foul play and lack of communication in regards to matters of things. When is it ever going to stop? When are people going to stop abusing their power and being bias towards other minorities in regards to matters of things, When??? When are the people that your putting in charge as supervisors going to ever have an open line of communication with their colleagues as well as vendors about things because this just doesn’t effect your company’s business this affects other people’s livelihood as well about things when you’re people are waiting until the last minute to communicate with their people and vendors in regards to the events. That’s puts everyone in an awkward position because there’s no form of communication on both ends. Everyone just wants to do what it is they want to do on their end. To many chiefs and not enough Indians to do the job for you.
