The store in river city in Jacksonville fl is a hot mess. I asked if I can get my plantains well done the manager said no it’s a VIOLATION… what the heck?!!!… so they give you raw plantains that look like they just came out the plastic packaging. I know cause I worked there and we never told customers they couldn’t get well done plantains.. that store needs a citation ASAP! Seems nobody is Hispanic so they don’t know the culture. Nobody eats raw plantains.. that’s a health code violation I’m sure!
Even the corporate office don’t answer the phone so restaurants problems can’t be solve . CORPORATE HAS TO SOLVE OWN PROBLEM FIRST

Jacksonville store on san jose . This store should be shut down most of the they r out of food , VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, drive thru menu is not lighted u can read the menu. They have no time for closing sometimes they close 7 , 8. ,9 but supose to close 10:00 pm. I visited twice innthe last month and waited 45 minutes in the drive thru without the food . WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD . I will never go back to that nasty place again
I ordered a Chicken and Pork family meal at the Greenacres store,in florida,33413.I went to pick up my food,ordered online and prepaid.my clerk starts askingwhere my order is.then he comes back to meand asks if I ordered from this store.I said i have a prepaid order of food and you don’t know where it is? he said he must see my phone for conformation or he can’t give me my food.I go home,get my phone,adifferent clerk picks up my receipt,goes to a computer,and hands me my food,now cold.I comlained politely,that the other clerk should have done ehat she did,and as she closed the door,I got a very insincere,Im sorry.I heard her say to the first clerk,”I told you,you should have looked it up.”I get home,and the plantains are missing.I call the store 3 times,and no answer,I go to the store,finally a clerk asks if he can help me.and i say im missing plantains from my order.She walks away,and starts helping other people.Annoyed,I ask my she’s helping other people when she’s helping me? I ask to speak to the manager,and nobody answers.3 times! Finally a lady shows up,hands me the plantains,and starts walking away while Im talking to her about this terrible experience.I told her I wanted to talk to her,and she kept walking, saying,Sorry, Sorry.I asked for her name and she said,Sorry,Sorry.I’m prepared to answer any questions about this incident.954-224-2081.
