    Long waits on phone so you give up then if they answer they take forever to tell you nothing I have had no way to complain beacaus they put you on hold again I really wonder how you stay in business or if you are that far behind hire more people I’m 60 have had several falls in last six to eight months now I have neuropathy and back problems youre company should have better responses to home bound people this hurts not just you’re reputation but every one that has to deal with you’re company I’ve have had a Dr report by my pcp 6 or 7 months a ago? Why do you worry people there is no other health care shop in my area I know you’re company has not even sent my doctor’s orderive called my insurance and they did not receive nothing from you Ive called and called and called with nothing so after this time don’t you think you should do something. I really need a power chair and it feels like you’re living in a 3rd world country something should be done I hope the owner of the company reads this I am really upset.

    You are so wrong sending the man out here at 6706 n. Dysart Rd. Apt. 264 Glendale, Arizona 85307. I waited all day for a servicer, You gave him the wrong phone number,the wrong address. I’m power of attorney and caregiver for Wanda Goodspeed. You gave him phone number 9139885791 which is wrong. 9139985791 is the correct number. And you also sent him to address of 2064 not 264 . I will be contacting United healthcare to file a complaint/grievance against you . Milton Williams..

    Good afternoon my name is Aliyah Robinson. I’m a home health aid. I have an issue with my case my patient went away for a family emergency and I received a call from the job on Saturday stating that I can return to work on Monday August 9th but when I got to work I wasn’t on the schedule and I wasn’t on the schedule for yesterday was well. Today when I called no coordinator was available to take my call I feel like that was very unprofessional and disrespectful when I finally got in touch with the coordinator she was very rude and disrespectful telling me she wasn’t the coordinator of my case and I was asking her to speak to the coordinator and she can’t kept telling me the coordinator is going to tell me the same thing. I’ve been working this company for a long time and I have referred a friend to this company.
