We visited location in Georgetown, TX on Thursday before Labor Day weekend at 5:00 PM. They had no white meat chicken & customers were told it would be an hour before possibly having any made. An employee had her kids in the waiting room while she worked & 1 of the young girls proceeded to mix the salt, pepper and Cajun spice packs all together as they were in their own container. The cashier and most of the employees did not speak much English & had a hard time taking orders. The manager was trying to take drive through orders while having to help take indoor orders because she had to help with translating & working the cash register. The biscuits were really dried out and chicken was also dried out. Very disappointing experience.
On Thursday, 3.30.2023, my family along with our friends ( 4 adults and 2 children) dined at your Bethesda, MD location.
I’m reaching out to say, it is shameful that your restaurant charges $17.00 + for a horrible 8 inch round pepperoni pizza that wasn’t even prepared properly and looks nothing like the image of pizzas on your website menu.
We asked why the pizza was so expensive and the excuse we received was, ” because we are in Bethesda”, wow what a crock of crap! I guess it is ok for a restaurant to charge patrons and inflated price for a horrible pizza because of the location.
One saving grace to our dinner after all our meals came out was , we spoke to the manager to let him know of our disappointment, he gave us another pizza and took the cost of the crappy pizza off of our bill.
There are plenty of Pizza Places around Rock Bottom to dine at if I want a $17.00 + pizza.
There is nothing worse than looking forward to dining out at a local restaurant after a long day and being disappointed when the food gets to the table. You can do better Rock Bottom!
