I think Wendy’s used to be a premier fast food restaurant. Everything was fresh and delicious. In Oviedo Florida, I got 2 large single meals at 1150 am. The hamburger was dried out, and smelled like fish. You need to send secret shoppers to your restaurants because they are not what they used to be. No excuse for spending $22 on poor food.
Sunday at your Portsmouth NH location I purchased a hamburger & frys, it was the worst hamburger I’ve ever eaten in my life it must’ve sat in the bin know how long in the fries were so salty was disgusting. The store wasn’t open the doors were locked due to difficulty with help so I didn’t bother to complain but I think you want to know
Hey my name is mindy Rodgers me and my roommate went to Wendy’s today about 4:27 pm and the girl working the drive thru her name was osheay on christmasville cove she just slams the window twice on us she was rude hateful to me my roommate and staff I had to ask for a straw and napkins and I had got a 4 for 4 and a very small drink I asked how much a large drink was she told me I would have to buy a whole another meal to get a large drink she just hands us our food money change doesn’t say hi how are u doing or nothing
Wendy’s #10472 store employees are stealing and using customers credit card information. I called there store phone number 407-249-0111 several times and they will hang up the call. I will be seeing the manager soon to disscuss this situation.
I recently ate at Wendy’s in Taylorville IL. I must say that it’s quite annoying when…
1. The lobby is closed and there are I would guess at least 5 employees onsite…3 standing outside on break.
2. Going through the drive through, being handed food and getting home to find one sandwich and fries missing…son of a bacon store.
3. Call to complain..no one answers the phone. I return to tell them what missing. I wait in line behind other cars in the drive through and am handed a bag and I say I should have checked the bag before I left…person say…have a nice evening. Not one sorry.
4. Get home ..where others are already eating their food and open the bag and find a double cheeseburger with a piece of lettuce and mustard. I was a very unhappy customer by that point.
5. I call and talk to a manager…to be told they would put on a post it I could get a son of a baconator meal on next visit. Again not one sorry….and what about refunding my money? Never offered…
This is appalling for a fast food joint to take $25 of my hard earned money, waste my gas and time to not get one sorry out of anyone on that staff.
This isn’t the first time with issues with service, accurate orders or an apology. I have tried many times to write a complaint in the Mobil application where I have put all required fields and try to submit and it never goes through.
Does Wendy’s care about its customers? Is this something staff is trained on? Because it isn’t what I see the many times I have eaten at Wendy’s.
Most every morning i go to wendys in Duncan,Oklahoma and order 2 sausage & egg croissants with out cheese.At this time there is a 2 or $4.00 special.First of all if i get a new person which there is usually someone new every third day they try to charge me $7.80. I tell them it is the 2 for $4.00 special.They will correct it but today there was a heavy set woman at the first window that was giving me attiitude becasue i asked for the $4.00 price insted of paying $7.80. Most people don’t want to pay $3.50 more than they are suppose to for something so i am not sure what her problem is.
